Exiting the game in a tournament?

So I finished round 1 in the Euro Tournament,  go to round 2, first tee and exit the game. I am going to play round 2 later. 

Am I able to play other rounds not in the tournament  before I finish all 4 rounds?

If I want to play another practice round does it still save where I was in the tournament?

It's fine to fo but strongly suggested to take first shot of next round as people haven't and then game has had a practice round and classes it as their official round
