Hey guys
Was just wondering what the wind was like for you for round 1. I had to play in 13 mph gusts. Is it completely random for everyone or do we all play in the same conditions

I believe that wind conditions are completely random as of now, but I have read somewhere on the forums that the admins of TGC Tours are trying to work with HB Studios to see if they can make them standardized for their tournaments at some point in the future.

Its much easier playing in 2mph than 13mph. Just wish it was more or less the same for everone.

I played all my rds sunday afternoon the winds were kind 2 - 8 mph

I played my rounds in 11-18 mph winds. Mostly seemed to be cross winds. Played at least 10 practice rounds and did not see these winds.

Know the feeling all too well , my first two rounds the winds were 13 - 19 mph. Struggled to maintain par. Seriously doubt even par will make the cut.

How do you know what the winds will be when you start your round in the tournament? You cant quit the round and restart

I prayed I wouldn't get 13mph winds but yep got em!

It will be a complete fair tournament once HB get the wind roughly the same for each day of the tournament for all of us

How do you know what the winds will be when you start your round in the tournament? You cant quit the round and restart you can quit at anytime colin. I played 9 holes of round 2 then got called out and came back 2 hours later and the winds completely shifted direction in my favour  |

17-20 mph for both rounds for me. Was shooting -12 under par practice rounds, wind killed me and finished +1 for both rounds :-(
