Loving mine and Zelda. Who else has one and what they think?
Novelty is a vast improvement than the Wii and finally something that can ok not rival the PS4 or Xbox one but certainly a lot closer than Nintendo have been since the gamecube

I dig it. I've taken it with me on the go many times. I'm pumped to get Disgea 5 complete for it...cause I'm a nerd... Mario Kart is great on it as well. Snipperclips is still fun... There's some good stuff coming and I like the system a lot.

Been getting addicted to puyo puyo Tetris. Some crazy fun game modes

i am sure a lot of people will get plenty of pleasure from it but too cartoony for me and i hate playing on a small screen i know it's handy but with my eye sight not for me

i am sure a lot of people will get plenty of pleasure from it but too cartoony for me and i hate playing on a small screen i know it's handy but with my eye sight not for me You know it plays on the tv right? Also that each game can look however the designer wants so...skyrim will be released on switch. Too cartoony? Not arguing just what you said makes no sense... |

i know it plays on a big screen was on about the portable aspect of it and i still stand by my comment on it's too cartoony ok you will get the odd game like Skyrim but the vast majority of games are like cartoons but like i say each to their own

My first never woke back up from a dead battery and wouldn't allow a charge but the guys in Smyths kindly replaced it. Could be some faulty ones out there and the design kind of gives it away as they want you to put it into sleep mode as you have to hold the power button down for five seconds then manually go down to power off and I'm guessing they don't recommend letting it go dead which is a worry, so just a heads up. Apart from that I got Zelda too and my God it is unbelievable and Mario karts is great fun too. Always been a fan of Nintendo |

e3 was a good time to be a switch owner. Mario looks great, prime 4 coming...a CORE pokemon game for switch (I'm a giant nerd so I actually said YES! and made my kids jump), the Arms global test punch showed it's a good fighter and I'll be grabbing it this week probably, yoshi looks like a good time...just a good time all around.

Huge bump but I was thinking on Friday it had been ages since I have played a Mario game and haven't had a Nintendo console since the Wii so I got the urge to make an impulse buy. I knew it might not be that easy since I've heard people have been trying to find them for weeks or months and they're reselling for high prices. Checked online and apparently the Best Buy two doors down from me just got a shipment and still had some available. I took that as a sign I was supposed to get one so I placed the order for storefront pickup and got it Saturday morning. They were sold out by that point so I guess I timed that impulse perfectly.
I was slightly concerned my wife would be mad at me for spending that money without consulting her but she was up until 5am playing Animal Crossing so I think I'm in the clear. She was back up by 10am and was quick to push me off since it was "her turn".

I bought one for oldest son about a year ago and he never plays it. All his friends are on Xbox or PC. Youngest seems to have zero interest as well. Maybe I should sell it.

I'm not sure how well PGA 2K21 will play on the Switch. Those thumbsticks have such a limited range of motion compared to what I'm used to on PS4.
