There's some pretty low scores so far after two rounds. I'm hoping a big chunk of those are gone come week two, lol.

LOL Or, NOT ... just as an example guys... I sucked ass at qschool and also thought these scores were ridiculous also but i realised i needed more practice and iv had a good week. I played beaver creek over 20 times! i knew id never win this thing but iv posted some low scores and (spoiler alert) i just shot 59 in the final round.. so basically keep practicing it will pay off  |

So ... If I miss the cut .... all because the (PGA/EURO tour Pro) players couldn't be committed enough to complete the 1st Q-school invasion into the Opening round of our season (@%$#&%$) ... LOL ... Doyley ... I think your just too damn nice ... ROTF ... I would make them pay a fine (in cash) and sent to you! DDawg, I can see you are trying to be nice. IMHO if you didn't get here in time to play the Q school then they should have been put on the champ tour. IRL I 'm pretty sure PGA pros do not cross over to other tours. Once you make it to the pros that is where you stay unless you suck then you go back to earn your card. Alot of points are going to be taken away from people who followed the rules and completed the q school the proper way. But hey, I guess its just a game and rules can be made to suit whoever or whatever whenever. Should be no crossing over. |

I thought only PGA and Euro had cuts.
And Dennis, that makes no sense to put players that didn't make q-school in the worst division (champions).. that defeats the whole purpose of having the champions spot for us that don't shoot high. They should've been forced to wait next season or just added to the PGA/Euro tours..while the rule is three wins = promotion, I am sure there are multiple players that don't belong in the web.com and will take a season or so to get all of them out and promoted. Not fair to web.com guys, glad I never made it.
Also, DDawg, don't say you would rule the Champions tour, our leader is at -13 ;D LOL

Damn ... People take this way too serious ....
Not one of us earn a dime from playing in this tour ... it is purely a game, meant to be for fun and enjoyment .... (at least it is/Was for me)
If I want to get serious (and we really don't get that serious unless their are side bets), I go play out on the real course and play with my group of seniors, where everyone puts up a share in the pot, and then we play for skins, Low net and Low Handicap. And yes, we all carry Handicaps ... and there is no cheating, or whining about wind, rain or conditions (those that do not wish to play --- don't) ... And Those of us that do, all sit around and rib each other over beers at the 19th hole ... Come back next week and start all over again. Some times we have a lot that show up ... other weeks there is only a handful of us die-hards --- and no matter the out come. The common denominator is we all had fun, regardless of how we played.
In this forum ... I can only laugh at some of the reactions ...
I don't care how I play, where I play and who whips my butt ... It is just a game, and banter is part of it - when its done with humor and not over the line.
If it ever gets to that point it is SERIOUS. I want MONEY ...as of now ... its just a game to feed everyone's egos ... Mine is not that big, where I need to care where I place. If it where, I wouldn't place much stock on it playing this game/sim ... as it is only that.
I cannot believe I have to defend this position in the first place.

Well Dawg, I'll challenge you for virtual beers, over the whole tour, just played first round and am sitting at plain old even par.
We will see who gets the drunkest at the tours end in September.

2nd round Dawg and a -1 giving you a 2 stroke lead, but still 2 rounds for me to turn things around and score the first vitual beer towards the end of tour total.
