Hi all, I am fairly new to TGC and I really am enjoying the competition in all of the events that I have been in so far. I am grateful to those who host community events and thank all of you for the time that you put into them. I do have one suggestion, and it is being done for the most part by all hosts. I think that it would be great to see links to standings, courses to be played, and timeframes in which the rounds are to be played all in one post (preferably on page one of the thread). I, like a lot of others, am registered in multiple community events and am having to spend extra time scrolling through the thread pages trying to find this information. Once again, thank you to all the folks who host the community events. This game would not be nearly as fun without your efforts.

First of all, thanks for your kind words toward those of us who run events.
As for the suggestion, I'd encourage people new to running events to take a look at catcherman's Elim tournaments, phoenixjay's football, and giraffe's Community Cup. Plus literally anything Loughrey does is very nice. A lot of them use the format where they put all of their information into the OP. Great format that's easy to understand.

Yes we normally put the links or info in the first post for everyone and also I add the links or info near the end of rounds as well. We are always looking for new players.
