Completed my Q-School rounds last night. First time playing in any competitive manor since the days of Jack Nicklaus 6 and the old GBO Tour. Swinging like a rusty gate mind you and my scores more than reflected that on half of the 6 rounds played.
What was the highlight of your round/tournament?
Shot a +4 round of 76 on the scorched turf of the Son Gual Desert Course. Really felt like I had started to get somewhere with my short game and putting on that course. Gratuitous use of the flop shot trying to get the ball to bite from around the green-side. This was my best round of the Q-School on any of the 6 venues chosen.
What was the low-light of your round/tournament?
Being absolutely destroyed by the hills and cliffs of the Crawford Mines Course. I shot a pitiful +19 round of 90 with multiple balls lost in the drink. That course had me for breakfast. By far the most challenging course on the Q-School in my opinion.
What did you think of the course? Over the 6 rounds I shot 77-82-84-76-77-90. Really enjoyed Son Gual, Mount Yeti Royal and Kodiak Reserve. Whispering River, Copper Creek and Crawford Mines all tore chunks out of me. I think a lot of time will need to be spent on the practice tee before I start on the tour proper.
I've been informed that I'll be playing on the Champions Tour this season.
I'll be looking forward to the first tournament I'm eligible for as I've missed the boat on The Seattle Classic.

What was the highlight of your round/tournament?
I guess if I merely go by my round scores I guess I'm expected to say round two at Whispering River should be the highlight, but frankly I'm more proud of the 79 at Crawford Mines in the final round. Despite the back nine presenting itself as the place where low scores go to die (and perhaps hole 6 as well) I felt like I did pretty well.
What was the low-light of your round/tournament?
I believe it was hole 13 on Son Gual. If there was a hole that made me want to launch a club into the abyss, that was it.
What did you think of the course?
All the courses were a treat to "walk" as they all had their own personality and feel. Crawford Mines was my favorite because despite always presenting a huge challenge on approach I always felt like if I studied it enough I might pull it off. Unfortunately I was usually wrong, but I enjoyed it nonetheless.
How did you fare on the leaderboard? Who were you trying to beat? It was clear early on that the leaderboard and I was not going to be close personal friends. Instead I worked on improving my own game which I think I started to in rounds five and six. I did enjoy playing against the "ghost" players though which showed me a lot of what not to do, and what I wish I could have done. All in all I'm looking forward to the Champions Tour, and one day improving to the point of being granted a Web.com tour card.

Just finished the January Q-School and happy to have managed to stay under par for all rounds. After submitting my scorecard will be waiting patiently for my tour card for the Web.com Tour.
What was the highlight of your round/tournament?
Hit a 5W approach shot on the back 9 of Kodiak that I thought was hot but luckily hit the bottom of the flag and fell a few feet away from the hole to make a putt birdie putt. Bit more luck and i may have had the Eagle.
What did you think of the course?
The courses were all great. Copper Creek and Kodiak gave me the most trouble, losing a couple strokes to a number of bogeys.
How did you fare on the leaderboard? Who were you trying to beat?
I was overall very pleased with my performance over the tournament scoring 68-66-68-68-69-65 for a total of -26. I wasn't trying to beat anybody, only to make the cut and to keep hold of my score card this time.

So I just finished posting my last score in the Q school. Wow, what an eye opening experience. Shot the worst I have ever shot in my video golfing career, but I had an absolute blast. I was dreaming of the Web.com tour, but I am sure I will enjoy the Champions, and obviously, I am not yet ready for the "bigger" tours. What a game, and what a fantastic idea this tour is. Props to the guys responsible for this. Looks like its a thriving community, and I cant wait to get going!!

Hi I played the January Q-School, and my score finally showed up. I did not know at the time you had to, submit your total number of strokes for each round. I cant remember each round just my final score, is there a way to view my number of strokes, for each round.
Thank you for your time.

Easiest way is to load up each course under "Play Round" and from the screen where you can pick ghost balls from you can scroll across to see "Previous rounds".

Thank you that worked out just fine, I never played any of those courses before so my scores were easy to find.
