Some decent sales going on right now. Just got Horizon Zero Dawn, Dying Light complete version, Witcher 3 DLC, and Firewatch for $100ish. Not bad for 150+ hours of gaming assuming I take the time to play it all.

Hadn't even started Horizon yet and it was already a contender for game of the generation just because it managed the impossible of being a major game release and only having 300MB of updates to do. I was expecting at least 5GB as is usually the case.

I just purchased a PS4 yesterday. I've bought it for the exclusives and i thought now was the time to buy one.
I already play on xbox one.
The game loading times seems much much faster than xbox one. I was playing the first game, The last of us within 30 minutes. Uncharted 4 the latest version i was playing in 10 minutes and Horizon i was playing inside 20 minutes. I have really crappy internet.
I was really shocked as to how fast i could play them all.
I've never been much of a sony fan boy i'll be honest. In fact ive been a massive hater. But i have to say im impressed

But i have to say im impressed It can take a while to get the whole game downloaded but generally the main story is playable quite quickly. I went PS1, PS2, XBOX 360 and back to PS4. Every time I've been happy with the choice. Xbox One v PS4 came down to exclusives for me. I was sick of GoW, Halo and Forza and really wanted to play the games you just mentioned (Well not Horizon as I didn't know about it then) Very happy with the decision.
I would strongly recommend playing the other Unchartered games first if you've not played them yet. Just a great series.

Not that you need even more to play but the Uncharted collection is an amazing value package. |

Everybody should play Republique. It's unique and very strong on narrative/story.

I have a PS4 Pro and I need a new controller as I've been using the old PS3 controllers as I did not like the new controller especially for TGC.
Long story short my old controller crapped out so I'm looking for a new one. Has anyone tried any new controllers that have a good analog stick that is stable?
With TGC2 just out need to find something that works well as lag maybe a problem.
Any help greatly appreciated.

If you haven't played Until Dawn before make sure to do so now that it's free on PS+. I really enjoyed it but at the very least it's a really unique experience.

Too much interedt it would seem since it appears you've stopped using english as well. Just make sure to add it to your library so you can play later. |

Decided to give PS Now(game streaming service for those unfamiliar) a try on the 7 day trial since it has 500+ games on it now and has just added PS4 games. Plus if it works out OK and there's enough stuff I want to play the current promo price of $100 for a year isn't too bad. I was in the beta for it way back when so I know it worked at least decently at that point even on my internet connection that is barely at the minimum requirement and on wifi. Played some God of War 3 Remastered and Hot Shots Golf Out of Bounds and both worked fairly well, without dropping connection or any serious input lag. Certainly not for those who need their fancy HD graphics and sound as it only streams in 720p and stereo sound. Graphics looked a bit fuzzy at times but still playable.
