impressive! My building looks the best! But you screw it up with that horrible avatar. Somehow I feel I've been called a nerd No insult at all. Student center is where all the fun is. Kind of the "Signature" spot. See what I did there lol. Guess I'm the nerd lol

Course was just accepted by TGCT. Just wanted to say thanks to all that have done tutorials or forum posts that teach others how to design and tips to improve. Also thanks to all that have played. Hope you have enjoyed it. Cheers!

Played this last week, but I forgot to leave comments in here... oops!
Nice work here. Unique feel, the holes all feel different from one another and have a good mix of styles. Only complaint is that my pond wasn't close enough for me to hit into it... dammit!

Thanks for giving it a run. Cheers

Academy is right - it certainly taught me a thing or two, especially the greens, which struck me over the head repeatedly with heavy, pointy objects, when they felt I was not learning my lessons properly. I took my -6 and headed for the clubhouse grateful I was under par, slightly concerned about the pain experienced by sitting down on my bar stool.....
Anyway, despite the painful lessons, an excellent course! Loved the layout and the overall beauty of this course. Very challenging and fun - will definitely be going back again (after healing).
Well done!

Well done! Wow thanks for the great words. I had a ton of fun designing it and was hoping to make it some what of a challenge without having to trick everything up. To make it up to you for your pain all drinks at the clubhouse bar are on the house next round! . Thanks again for taking the time to play. Cheers!

Got this one cued up for play this weekend! Looks great, and I loved the facility description! A bit miffed there's no Treewood medical center for butthurt treatment on-site, but I'll take the risk anyway.
Looking forward to teeing off and taking the tour!

Finished up Riverside GA with a rather unimpressive +2. Was even at the turn, and after an eagle on 11 things were looking good. Some crappy putting over the closing holes put me above par though. I loved the boreal excursion however -- a nice track through a course that looks like nature designed it. Some pleasant views along the way, and everywhere the scent of majestic evergreens.
Had to get a minor butthurt bandaid put on before driving away, but will always have fond memories of my first visit to Riverside. Will be back again to get even with the course!

Thank you for taking the time to play. I set out to design the course as a challenging course without having to trick things up. I hope that is how you found your round. Again thanks so much for taking the time to play and for leaving a message. Hope you will gve it a run again as I know you have been around for a while, and have played many TGCT courses. I really respect your opinion of the course. Cheers!

You can be sure I'll be back again soon -- can't get rid of me that easily! Without the steady stream of great new courses, all unique in their own way, I don't think TGC would be anywhere near as good as it is. To you, and ALL the hard-working designers out there: Thank you for giving your time and effort so generously so that all of us golfers can practice our swearing enjoy the game we love!

Once the novelty of having part of the course named after me wore off I realized it was attached to a course so I figured I'd better play it. Be honoured as I pretty much never play a course "just because". I was just playing for fun and not really to critique it that much, but I had fun so it accomplished that much. Two main problems I had in an effort to offer constructive criticism and the only two things that really jumped out at me:
1)The 9, 10, 11 stretch. Par 5, long par 4 with double digit wind coming back at me, par 5. In these conditions it felt like I was playing three par 5's in a row, which was a bit much for me. 2)It's never a good idea to have a practice green that outshines your course.
Otherwise a solid course.
