Sponsor's Exemption on the Challenge Circuit CC-Z

I have a question and perhaps add a line in the Info, Rules & Policies / Receiving a Sponsor's Exemption on the Challenge Circuit

When you get that exemption in CC-Z and play in CC-E do you have the CC-E card? A one time shot?  How exactly do I earn a "promotion" back to CC-E

If you are playing up a level on a sponsor's exemption, if you stay above the strike line while playing on the exemption you will earn your card at the higher level. So, if you're a CC-Z player, playing in a CC-E tournament on a sponsor's exemption, as long as you stay above the strike line at the end of that tournament you would then be a card-carrying CC-E player.
