Decided to give North Atlantic Links at Pominville a go and apparently I have played this course before. I don't remember it but apparently I scored like -12 on it, which seems really odd for me since I normally don't play well at a course with such high winds and tight tight tight fairways. I ended up with a -8 with 12-16mph winds. I'm actually quite tickled with that score considering I really don't remember anything about the course. The greens seem fairly flat, so if you can get it reasonably close you can putt for birdies.. but gotta get into the fairway first. its not a bad course once you play it a few times and learn everything you need to know, but like you said they are difficult fairways to find and if you can find them you can set yourself up for a birdie. I also find that the course is still getable even in higher winds but like we both keep saying...find those fairways!

I've been playing Pommerville and i have never seen 24mph wind before. Wow.
I'm super happy I managed a -4 for that course with those winds..INSANE. I sure hope I get lucky and don't have to deal with them during the tournament. On the plus side I hit a 343 yard drive.. and a 228 yard drive with a driver.
