Obviously the whole point of having the PGA and European Tours is to top the money list and get to ranked 1st in the world...
With only a week or so remaining until it all kicks off when will prize money and ranking points be allocated for positions on forthcoming tournaments?
Would be nice to have the information a good few days in advance in order for us to establish which event to play in? I appreciate everyone running this is extremely busy, so this is by no means a demand! Simply a query!

Purse money is updated (PGA/Euro) as is FedEx Cup points on PGA Tour.
Champions Tour is updated for the most part - couple of tourneys to fix near the bottom.

Could someone technically earn both a PGA & EURO card if they place in the top 80% of each tour by the end of the year. Or are the tours essentially lumped into one top 250 group in which the bottom 20% of that potentially lose their cards?
Just curious if i should only concentrate on playing my own tour to maintain status.

If a Ryder Cup came along would someone be penalised for not playing frequently enough on their "home" tour ?

At the end of the season we'll be taking the crossovers out of the equation to determine the bottom 20%. The lists will be separated by initial Tour Card and then the bottom 20% taken from from each list. Whatever that number ends up being (minus 10 that automatically go to the top 10 on Web.com Money List) is how many PGA/Euro cards will be available during the Web.com Tour Finals.
