I'll make this short and to the point.

Scott, the same system bug that hit me when I got my Web card has hit Randy Burger. He finished in 73rd place last week on a Web exemption (below 70th) and the system didn't flip him from CC-A to Web. Could you please contact him and ask him if he wants the Web card that he rightfully earned, provided that it isn't too late to flip the switch on him.

This really needs to be fixed.
