Will there be a ruling as to what would happen if a system gets hacked and shut down so people cant get online and play for an extended period of time?

Seems like those morons are at it again and PSN has been down since yesterday. Would you have a continegcy plan if something happens the same as in 2011 when PSN was down for over 20 days?

Hopefully that wont happen, but who knows these days.

I saw those headlines today. Looks like Xbox live had some down time as well.

It's a good question and something we'll need to discuss as the staff. At this time, we haven't discussed it so I have no answer but thank you for bringing it up.
