Happy Holidays / Sincere Appreciation for the TGCT Staff

First, Happy Holidays to all!

Second, I wish to offer my sincere appreciation to all of the staff who have been working so hard to make the TGC Tour the best experience possible for everyone.

These individuals all have jobs, families, and dare we say; personal lives.  

This is a huge undertaking, and I am sure quite time consuming, and judging by some posts I have read on the forums, some people forget that this is NOT their job, and it is not a way for them to make a living.  It is a hobby, something they are doing for the love of the game.

We all have things we would LIKE to see, or changes we would LIKE to have implemented, and there is nothing wrong with that.  However none of us have the right to demand anything from the staff here.

Personally, I feel this is one of the best run leagues I have ever participated in, even before it starts.  

Let them work out the bugs, let them iron out the kinks, trust them to do what is in the best interests of the community.

You might be surprised and enjoy yourself.

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to all. We appreciate the kudos and enjoy providing a place to grow the great community of TGC players.

A special thanks to the brave men and women in uniform who are spending their holidays abroad protecting our ability to sit at home in warmth, drinking booze, and playing tgc. They are far more deserving of our collective thanks.

Thanks guys - it takes a certain type of crazy to undertake something this big and luckily the entire admin staff is nuts! We're having a blast behind the scenes coming up with cool things to do/add, just have to do it at the pace our time allows. For the short term, we're just trying to get the tours up and running smoothly, then we'll add in the extra fun stuff as we go along. Hope everyone has a Merry Christmas and I'll be back in a day or two to help get ready for Jan 1st!
