I was playing really well for the Amateur and Pro Am Season tourneys and took my handicap from -2.5 to like... +8. It was exciting to have some good play and shoot so well, but now my handicap is so high that anything less than 9 under is basically hitting even. I dunno, it's kind of annoying.
Also, does handicap affect the Seasons and tournaments? I notice as I go through them, now everyone is shooting like -11 to -14, and I'm like... that's crazy. How the hell am I supposed to finish that tourney?

That is why I don't play any hdcp tourneys. You cannot ignore the hdcp. You can watch your score without the net score, which will show you the real score. The only way to play a round and not affect your hdcp is by playing courses that have not be ranked for hdcp.
