Hi Guys,
So I've been playing on the CC-Z tour for a month now and have really been enjoying it! My question is regarding Q-School and taking another stab at it within September.
Am I allowed to do Q-School again to gain access to a higher flight or is my only option through winning events? From what it reads, it almost sounds like I can take Q-School to gain access to a higher level CC tour, but NOT a web.com or PGA tour card. Jumping from CC tours to web.com can only earned through exemptions?
Simply trying to understand how the advancement process works...any help would be greatly appreciated! I read the Info and Policies page but am still a bit confused.

Once you've played the Q-school your only way for advancement comes through earning exemptions. Not necessarily wins although that gives you an automatic tour card for the flight above.

The only way to move up is through the standard exemption process; however, you may move to CC-E at the end of this season, depending on how much money you earn over weeks 48-51. That's a special circumstance for the end-of-year playoffs, though, so it comes around just once per season. The rest of the year, you need to earn exemptions to move up. Hope this helps, and good luck as you finish this season!

Sky's the limit if you earn enough - well actually Web.com is the limit, but even a CC-E player could earn enough to get a Web.com card I think (with 4 wins). Basically you are just trying to earn as much money as possible because we'll be backfilling the flights and the more money you have the better chance you slide into a higher flight.

Hey Guys,
Thanks a bunch for all of the information. Very helpful in getting clarification with all of this. I'm sure I will have more questions but am glad to now understand the advancement process. I assume next week's event restarts as "Week 1"?

Steve We're currently on week 50, next week will be the Ryder Cup and the final week of the Web and CC playoffs, and then the week after that (week 52) is an off week for everyone. Season 3 should begin immediately following that, on October 8th.
