One of the reasons that I like TGCT so much is that everyone here plays by the rules. Of course in normal TGC events, like Suggested Pro , Amateur, and Pro Am there are always those who have scant disregard for fair play. Dodgy Handicaps, Straight Shooters, and Green Chippers are common.
So I was disappointed this weekend while playing the CC event at Jester's Lake, to see that a player ( a good player!) was chipping on the green on the tricky 18th green on two occasions. I am not going to name names, I don't have the facility to record it anyway, but I sincerely hope that this sort of thing doesn't start to creep back into our TGCT events.
So just a little reminder, to anyone who doesn't understand the rules, may be required in the News and Announcements section.
Let's hope it was just a misunderstanding!

You should report IT through proper channels and maybe you can get someone to record it if you give them the name. Easy to just play a round with the ghost ball.
Only way to keep this garbage out is through diligent reporting and swift justice.
The price of freedom is eternal vigilance.

Name and shame if you have evidence
We don't need those types here at TGCT!*

If you do decide to name the player.. Before doing so make sure he/she is signed up for the event. A few months back I played with a ghost ball that flopped from the green.. He was on TGC Tours but he never signed up for the event.. I did not take it any further since he never submitted the scorecard..

The player in question is a CC-C player. I am hoping that they will read this, and recognize themselves, and then play fair from then on.

You need to report this to the people who run the site, not post it on the forums. Let them determine if it's a violation and then go from there.

In my web practice rounds this week there was a player ( whoe still has course record on that course) chipping EVERY green. I just assumed since it was practice it didnt matter and he was just trying to get his name on the leaderboard. Do I need to report this? Again this was not during any kind of competition.
