I see people quoting the exact green speed on courses they have played especially in the tours. How do you check it if you are not the designer on the PS4 and what is the range of speeds ? Thanks.

When you are holding the putter, in the upper right it will tell you how far you putter will go maximum. 101 is the absolute slowest. 187 is the fastest.

Do you mean speed or firmness......
Green speed is showed in corner when on green from around 100 slow to 187 fast....
Firmness only 3 setting slow/med and firm that one you cant tell till you hit a few shots....

When you're putting, the game will display "1XX Feet" in the top-right (where the carry distance of your club is normally shown). The slowest greens are 101 feet, and the fastest possible greens are 187 feet. Hope this helps. Edit: Wow, this sure got a lot of responses...

Not sure this has been mentioned yet, but the number in the top right of your screen, where carry distance usually displays, is the green speed.

Thanks guys. Never really noticed the number there as most of the courses we play are very fast greens and the number seems to always be the max or close.

I didn't even notice this before, and I have had the game since this April. Noticed it right away for the other clubs as every golf game I have played has shown the maximum distance but never really looked when I had the putter. Thanks for the tip!
