You're not, you just need to see the docs. Its the next step. Getting this emotional and worked up over a videogame, unless you're playing it at pro level for real world income and livelihood, is not something regular in an adult man. I'm trying to word this so as not to be a dick but speak to someone irl you trust, be it family or friend, and take them with you to the appointment. Its the hardest thing you'll do but its the best. I've been in and out of hospital for a, when younger, very severe medical profession. That first year was terrifying. Its second nature now.

Maybe i should quit the forums dorksirjur Is that a good idea? Quit the game for a bit and do something else. Step away from the computer, read, write, go catch a movie, do some exercise, chat some lass up. Anytime I get in a mood where I'm not enjoying something, I don't do that something. Exacerbates the problem.

The best thing i ever did was that 1 week break but i had an excuse that time. I need to find something to fill my time when not working other than this game.
Thinking hat is on.

Like i said, thinking cap is on. I got into NHL '16 and I'm not even a huge hockey fan. Also, The Division is good. Heck, if you wanna get another golf game get Super Stickman Golf 2 for your phone or tablet.

Get meds FFS.
You are in complete denial dude.
The meds for this stuff is completely amazing, it can even be cured if you follow the advice of your doctor.
I spent 2 years on meds 25 years ago and now I'm only half a nut job. LOL
Seriously dude, 1 visit, 1 questionnaire and you walk out with a pocket full of meds, another few visits for a few weeks for a chat, med modifications, and you will be a completely new person.
Just fckn do it and stop making fckn excuses.

With all the players for tgctours it's almost impossible to consistently be in that top 5 or 10 week in and week out. I mean people have lives (jobs & family) and can't spend 12 hours a day playing TGC. The one's that can are going to be those consistent top 5 players every week. Just remember, this is a video game and sometimes your eye coordination might be spot on that day and other days not. You just can't take this that serious and enjoy playing or your just going to be frustrated all the time. Granted, we all are very competitive and it's that competitiveness that can sometimes bring the anger out of an individual. We've all done it and it's a natural thing but in all seriousness, it all boils down to that we're all playing a video golf game that really means nothing but something to do whenever you have time to play it. Your not winning real money, your playing because you like to be competitive. If your getting angry over something that you thought you enjoyed to play, well then maybe it's time to find another game or hobby to suppress that anger for awhile. I just look forward to playing the weekly tour events even though I know down deep inside I'll probably never win one or even break the top 100 WGR. The only one that cares is yourself and when that starts controlling your enjoyment for the game, it's time to rethink what your priorities are. You play the tour everyweek and who knows....you might just have a good weekend one of those times, but there's always another week. That's the cool thing about tgctours, it's not going away anytime soon so just enjoy the fact that these great people put such a fun and "enjoyable" thing together for everyone to play.

I agree, go see a doctor Daniel. To get depressed about your performance in a video game isn't healthy. I understand your drive to be the best, but you aren't dealing well with not being the best. And I know you don't want to hear it, but with you being one of the top players out there, that last hill to climb will be extremely hard. And, sorry to say, probably won't happen that you become the world #1. You have to learn to deal with that. Enjoy the community, get some satisfaction setting up leagues and tournaments, maybe find a new player and mentor them on how to play the game.
Honestly, I think you play too much. You are playing multiple rounds daily. I love this game but I can't play it all the time. When I did that for a small stretch I went in to a funk and walked away for over a month.
But, everyone deals with things in their own way. I don't think you'll find the magic pill in a golf game forum post.
You're a good dude Daniel. Makes me sad seeing you on this rollercoaster all the time.
