Needless to say I was delighted went bogey free hit every shot perfectly and was busy celebrating! Then I heard my daughter shouting daddy I want up. I opened my eyes dazed and confused. Yes my dream rounds were just that a freaking dream!!!!

Well it looks like I've finally made a cut (3rd try on web + US open).
Tee to green was pretty immaculate, I believe I hit every fairway and every green in the first two rounds and none of this sub 100% nonsense that's been plaguing me recently. Only mistake came on the second round where I left an approach a few yards short which lead to a 3 putt bogey. In fact my putting wasn't great tbh, missed a lot of puts, but had enough opportunities for it not hurt me too much.
Round 1: winds are up making it tricky, especially the front 9 if I recall. Shot (-11) Round 2: winds are non existent at the start but do pick up. Certainly easier than the first round despite a couple of tricky pins (-10)
My early early estimate for the cut is -14.
Good luck all!

Also I'd like to add the course if pretty fun. Lots of close carries from the tee which meant I found myself lofting up the driver quite often.

Well -8 round 1 in the gale with 2 missed 5 footers and 2 parred par 5s I was happy Round 2 can just suck my .... ! 5-7 missed 6 footers, a ball that managed to hit the fringe bounce at a 80 degree angle and go into the water result a double. Finished -2 -10 definitely cut I would say -12ish will be the cut. Gutted as I love this course

Yeah have to agree with you Moe, lovely course, was really looking forward to it, then round 1 I had 2 bogies & a double on 16th, I went for a swim. -4 total, Haven't played that bad in a while. Round 2 -9, nice round, nice conditions. Just teed off round 3 , fast greens, bounce and run strategy for this Rd. Right, on to the qualifying for the Open, Best of luck guys

Finished up the last couple rounds this afternoon. R3 is firmer but not too difficult and my (-6) will be about average I think. Then came round 4, in my opinion the hardest round I've played since I've joined the TGCtours. Winds are howling and some difficult pin positions make for a very difficult challenge. My score of -3 will be ahead of the field for sure.
Playing with ghosts will definitely help on the last round.

Well, assuming I make the cut (the jury is still out on that one) I decided to finish this one up.
Let me say this. Of all the tourneys I have played since joining TGC Tours, I have never played a round that made me want to quit this game. But today we finally did just that. Round 4 was the most brutal conditions I have ever seen and on this course, was like torture. How I ended up 1 over par for the round and 18 under for the tourney is nothing short of a miracle.
Nobody should have to play in conditions that deplorable. That the game even ALLOWS for conditions that deplorable is a disgrace.
Anyway, putting this one behind me and looking towards next week.

Toughest round I've played on TGC. The fact the course is relatively short so you have a lot wedges to small targets means it plays super tough in the strong wind. i reckon you make the cut by 2 strokes
