I don't pre-order unless there's enough incentive to do so, which is rarely ever!

Only reason I'd pre order tgc2 is because it will be difficult to find anyone who actually sells it where I live on launch day... I very rarely pre order anything

I don't pre-order unless there's enough incentive to do so, which is rarely ever! Caution to the wind on this one Mr. Kuo. Step across the void and be part of the celebration that is TGC2. You should just send HB a check today and tell them to fill in the amount.

I'm so excited that I'm pre-ordering TGC2 and TGC3 at the same time.

Only bought TGC 1.0 back in January - yeah, I was late getting on this particular bus. In any case, even though I'm really happy with TGC as a product, I don't think I'll rush right out for TGC2 right away. As long as TGCT supports TGC 1.0, I'll stick with it. By the time I move to 2.0, I'm sure the first patch will already be out - taking care of whatever issues crop up with the new release.

if the majority of us will have tgc 2 on day one, id like to see tgc tours start season 3 on the new title. q-school courses could be worked out with previous designers and have those courses ready to go day 1.
but none of that is in my hands, im sure tim and co will have a plan on moving things along.

Probably the first time I see it on sale for under $20. ouch. that may be a year or so, or it could be day one, but im betting it may be a while for that. hb and tgc has made a name for themselves, they have an audience that they did not have last time around with tgc 1 launch. a lot more eyes will be looking over at the launch of tgc 2, and it will be a much better game overall than the original. another factor is maximum games, the original launch of tgc 1 did not have a partnership them, that came later when they put out the box copies in the stores via the collectors edition or whatever it was called. this time around maximum games will be the ones putting the price tag on the new game unlike last go around. they will do their research and set a price point accordingly. I would be surprised if the starts out cheaper than $40, maybe a launch week or pre-order special but base price i can see this game going for $45 or more, its going to have a choke hold on the golfing genre with EA not releasing a new title. i believe last go around it started @ 29.99 (i pre-ordered or bought on launch day, 4-17-14 was purchase date for $29.74) im certain it will go for more than that at launch. it may take 6 months or more to see it at $20 or so, thats a lot of content you will be missing out on, because not only will you miss launch, but a good few updates, they are good at updating regularly when release is just made as the community has a lot of things to say around those times.

Take my money! I got more than my money's worth on the current one and bought it during Early Access.
