The way these courses are being set up on the pro tours is always seemingly the same reoccurring theme. Holes being cut on severe slants, edges of false fronts, 20mph winds, and can't reach par4's (hardly) in 2 (at times). Just gives the appearance that the courses are being set up for a certain individual players. At times its just hard to enjoy the nice course or "see it."

I agree. However, the only way to make the game hard is to put the holes on slants and tuck them into corners. I also have noticed that the tournaments seem to follow a pattern with course set up. One of the first two rounds will have a easy and hard day. Then two more hard days. I think it would be interesting to have an easy sunday round every now and again.
