It's very important that you use the commish@tgctours.com email so that I can keep track of issues. If we sort out a problem in a thread, it can get lost if it's something I need to keep track of. Please, use Private Message or commish@tgctours.com for all issues.
The following rule applies to the glitch where the game sends you back to a previously played round.
1. Victims of this glitch are able to continue on from where the game sent them back
2. All previously played holes are wiped and you continue from where glitch put you as your official score
3. We will delete all your scores and you will be able to re-enter them
4. Round will be verifiable
5. For Q-School only we have a work around in place for those that have completed at least 4 clean rounds that will allow you to complete Q-School without having to replay all rounds - if this is the case, PM me or email commish@tgctours.com for details
We are going to try and make it as smooth as possible for those experiencing this glitch. It's very unfortunate that it happens but if/when it does, we still need a score on the leaderboard to verify at the end of the Tour/Tournament.
Stuck in Rocks/Endless loop
On PC you can hit Alt-enter twice and that will sometimes free you from the endless loop
On XB1 and PS4 there is no known fix and no way to reset your golfer/round - Regretfully, in this case we have no choice but to let the scores stand and have you enter in on the Champions Tour if it happens during Q-School.
Resumed Tournament and game put me back on the 18th green of previous round with a 1 inch putt, adding one to my previously submitted score
1. Player is responsible for alerting me via PM or at commish@tgctours.com
2. We will add you to a list and verify your round with that stroke removed
