They could have a ZZ-Z Class and I wouldn't care. I just look forward to playing in a tournament every week....LMAO!! I agree in this 1000%. I just want tournaments on a weekly basis. I don't care about anything else. Competing and being competitive you won't believe how hard it is when you can't play

In your case, the hard part is having the health issues you have

That long? I was hoping a week or two. That sucks. There are a few of you that I like to watch and see how you are doing. Yourself, Pablo, Roberto, Wags and a couple others who dont post here anymore but were friendly with me when i joined last year. You're better off watching Pablo. Worst you'll get from that is weird squirts.

pabloI'm doing ridiculous. I play well everywhere. Except for my tourney rounds. Welcome to my word. In Web on exemption last week and what do I blow the most important round of my career, round two, needed to make the cut, so sure enough, finish +5. Had a couple bogies and 2 doubles that cost me big time. Couldn't get them back no matter how hard I fought. @wagtunes lol , I just mean on the leaderboard, I dont care how you play...in jest dont play with ghosts all that much anymore, I have my own bad habits to cure lol.

Tim, indeed that has been my world since day 1 i got the game and started playing tournaments.
Maybe it's a paranoia of mine, but I always felt that the gameplay was a bit harder if you play tour or tournament than if you play a single round.
For example, when Pittsburgh was announced to host this week's tournament I played a round there. I think I shot like -8. In all the rounds I played later in Pittsburgh (all via tour, either the practice tours or the "real" one) I hardly managed to get to that score. In my first months, when breaking par for me was a real good round, I did not care much about it. Now that I'm flirting with rounds of -5 to -10 (closer to five, generally) in courses played in higher tours, this difference that I feel (and I just said "I feel" which does not mean that it's real) in gameplay is more annoying. For sure, there are points to improve in my game. Now I control much better the distance in my shoots, I only need to control also the line. You know, the wind. For sure, I need to improve my putting, specially inside the 20ft. There is where the good scores live. And I can not miss the amount of putts that I miss in that area. Also my short game needs work, but let's solve the problems one at a time.
I'm slowly improving the wind management, hardly never make shoots of "What the f*ck you just did", my distance to pin is, in average, getting shorter. But the key factor, and going back to the issue of the post, for me the level of the tours hasn't changed dramatically. What has really changed are my goals. A few months ago I was happy avoiding demotion strikes. Now I want to climb the tours. The goal is higher, so it's harder to achieve, so I feel the field much harder. Previously, I wanted to beat 20 or 30 guys. Now I want to beat 80 or 90 guys. There is much less room for mistakes.
IMO, the competition is (more or less) as hard as it was. The changes come from within the player

IMO, the competition is (more or less) as hard as it was. The changes come from within the player Pablo, this is what I've taken from this game in the short time I've been playing and finally making some progress. Wind and pin position can make all the difference in the world on a course. That's why the tour rounds are so different. One round you have one pin position and one set of winds and the next round could be something entirely different. Pittsburgh, probably more than any course I can think of in the last 6 months, is probably the best example of that next to the course we played last week where day 3 was a nightmare. The key is having a consistent enough game to minimize the drops between the easy rounds and the hard rounds. I can't keep going from 10 under to 1 under (like I did this week) just because the wind started blowing and the pin positions got harder. If my game were more consistent, instead of being 3 strokes away from exemption to B, I'd actually have that exemption. Consistency only comes with practice and confidence. The one kind of plays off the other unfortunately. My goals too have changed. I used to be content with not being demoted. Now I think I have a legit shot at A or B. Maybe not Web for a while, but certainly a move up. Just keep pitching and you'll get there.

My problem is merely technical.

Pablo, if that's the case, you should be there by the end of month, April at latest.
I'm pulling for you.
