Round 2 was tough with high winds. A lack of concentration on the first 3 holes (also called wife syndrome) put me at +1. I'm surprised my controller survived that one! With more peace I was able to string together 4 birdies in 5 holes. Birdies were sporadic after that but I kept the red numbers off my scorecard. Unlike 100% GIR and Fairways hit in round 1 I did have a few go astray here which I put down to the wind. Happy enough with a -7. Not enough for that inaugural first win but enough to keep me in the top 10 for now. I hate to be the guy to make your week any worse but it will happen Geordie boot boys have no chance of winning tonight

I just popped in here after taking a look at the leaderboard and see that the dynamic cut line is now 3rd, well there is going to be a very small field for the weekend this week, great shooting Dean keep it up. Oh and Moe Slorkman is now a watcher, what is going on in web at all Less time posting more time playing Moe ;-) I have done many silly mistakes in my life but none worse than deciding to have a crack at euro and making top 20 btw I was doing fine in the web without these hockey greens and it was not like I was going to win here let alone 3 times I should have stay put or bombed a pga try oh damn the ole regrets

Watcherseve Watcher of the Watchers Report 41 Hours RemainingWell as feng187 its an unusual week this week! The Dynamic Cutline is in 3rd maybe dh-nufc has found his very early season form. I haven't played my rounds (will play tonight) and there is 50 yes 50 watchers still to finish out! The Watcher safe zone is at -15 so 3 new webbers this week so far welcome Shaun Devlin, Gordon Vanwagner, and Ashley Manaley. -14 is a 88% shot to make the weekend just about safe for friendBOMBER . -13 is a 80% shot to make it aswell were we have 2 CCAers Ken "Ishe" Wise and Eric Thunderstruck that's the tune that played in my head when I read his name -12 is 66% to make it to Sunday were we see bigtallchris rumour has it hes actually 4 stone 3 foot 7 and his real name is Zachary. -11 is a 50% shot we have a bunch of Americans including BMann1976 and a single Englishman Paul Seldon -10 is a 34% shot for the bogeyman to escape from the watchers. -9 16% for jtrippuk to make the weekend hes probaly sick of me mentioning his name just not happening for the 3 time web event winner. -8 12% to make sunday jellison0930 wont be pleased with his recent dip in form. -7 4% BillySastard976 after his great display last week finished T19 but now just waiting to be reaped. -6 and worse all cut

I hate to be the guy to make your week any worse but it will happen Geordie boot boys have no chance of winning tonight I'm confident that I can do better than my beloved Newcastle United!!!! That's all I'm saying! I saw on Sky before I left the house that there was strong indications that Rafa could replace McClaren at Newcastle so a loss might make that happen sooner. As a Liverpool fan I have nothing but respect for Rafa and I think he would do a great job with Newcastle to be honest. He would bring some discipline and make you's hard to beat, and if you's beat the drop this season he would have Newcastle back as a permanent top half premier league club when he moulds the team his way.

As an Aussie who doesn't know a whole lot about the EPL I liked the way Newcastle played under Kevin Keegan. Or maybe that's a bit before you young blokes time?
