Ended up -24, somehow kept leaving putts 4 inches short in the last 2 rounds. Oh well at least I beat Smiffy Good luck everyone.

Nice challenging course. Another week of sub-average approach shot and putts close but not in. Missed cut at -10.

Hmm, can't submit my scores. Don't tell me I put myself through that torture chamber for nothing!

I just submitted my scores and almost felt embarrassed! I think i need a lot more practise before i am ready to play with the big dogs! Still was fun to play my first European Tour event, and nice to get an ace too! I will be back....one day.....maybe.....

A hole in one at the 13th ( I think ) could not save an otherwise dismal round. -4 for 68.
The chippers should be extremely happy this week.

(-15) after two rounds. This is my fourth crack at exemption, I imagine that will get it done.
This course really taxed my enjoyment of the game. That can be taken as a compliment I suppose...
The slower conditions in round two really saved me. I am anticipating much higher totals in the last two rounds.

I was beginning to think I was destined to remain "the best of the rest" down on the web. I'll be shooting for middle of the pack from now on...

Firstly, great hole in ones Chris and Bill and congratulations to Chris Svendsen - think your -15 is safe Rd. one -6 I was pretty pleased with play play all round. Was -5 after the front but had trouble scoring on back nine and had a strange roller coaster ending with birdie, bogey, birdie, bogey - on 18th a nice short one for birdie turned into a 3 put bogey Rd. two -3 Frustrating, mostly because of my putting. Was even par after 14 but a nice short 8ft. chip-in for eagle (putting problem solved haha) on 15'th together with a very nice birdie on 17th saved some honour 9 under is not impressive but I am pleased anyway. In the 4 weeks I have been playing on this tour I have definately learned a lot and have become a better player. I have learned to take more risks (you gotta go for it if you want to make it here), to be more accurate with my shots and most of all to be more aware of my course management and landing spots. My putting has not been working to standard for a few weeks now (that's ok - it'll change) and especially on the slower greens in the 160's and the 4-6 ft. sloping put on fast greens (above 175). That combined with much tougher greens here than on web.com has cost a lot of strokes. Still, putting these settings is making me a better putter on the long puts and given me a better feel. It also helped when I recently learned about that green setting number at the top right - never knew about that so thanks whomever. Best of all: Still room for improvement Good luck everyone.

Started this week out well but fizzled in round 2.
RD1: -10 (62) RD2: -3 (69)
My weakness is surely identified by these scores. Firm and fast can be had by me as long as the greens provide me with the room I need to run the ball up from 20 yards short. Moving into round 2, I didn't get that opportunity as many of the pins were very close to the front of the green. I apparently suck at this or I suck at truly identifying where I need to put the ball in order to have the best opportunity to make a putt. I also made a few course management mistakes (like flying my second shot on a par 5 thru the green to leave myself a poor pitch out of 80% rough).
I am enjoying my Euro experience so far as well. In the few weeks I have been up here I have become better at higher lofted shots, better with my wind calculations of those higher lofted shots, and learning how to land the ball well short of the hole in order to get close enough for a good look at a putt. I am enjoying the competition quite a bit as well.
Good luck everyone.

On my computer, the leader. Marc van Stijn, shows -14 but his scorecards shows 65. Glitch? Don't worry about me Bill I will be DQ'ed I seem to have posted the wrong score

Hate to hear that, Marc. Have put the wrong score in twice myself. In my cases, I put a score higher and just got penalized the extra strokes. Your first round score was excellent, shame.
