Hello:
Though I have played TGCTours from the beginning, I have rarely weighed in on many forums. I hope this question has not been asked but if so, I apologize.
I play on CC-D and I recently received an exemption. I have received them before but have never taken the time to thoroughly read the text, I just go an play the next week. This time, however, I read it and now have a question about a potential loophole that would cause a player to miss a week. The email states, "you will be required to use this exemption before you can play on your assigned tour." and further in the email it states, "To use this exemption in the upcoming week you must wait until Monday then, provided that the field for the event is not full". I am not sure how often this happens, however, this could lead a player to be unable to both play in their current tour or the tour above them IF the tour above them is full that week. It seems that this penalizes someone for earning an exemption. I don't know how common filled tournaments are so perhaps this is a moot point.
I welcome feedback.

Go ahead and register for your home tour and withdraw if you want to play up.

Challenge circuit does not have max fields so that doesn't apply. Also they are mandatory use on the challenge circuit so your registration is automatically done. I haven't seen the text in those emails for months so they could be out of date.
