No, thanks for letting me spam your leader board, I've played 3 full tournaments in your tune now. I'm all over your leader board. lol
And sorry to everyone for having to see my name in there so much. I did one in Wags today too. Thats 8 rounds of Drayton, 3 in a course I rangered earlier though I don't think I should have but did it anyway lol. My god I'm playing around 12 rounds a day now. I need help.

I just did a quick round on Drayton. Unless the wind blows at 20 or so, this course is defenseless. I had a -15 and I don't usually shoot rounds like that. Other than a couple of longer par 3's, every hole was like throwing darts at the pin and then finding extremely flat greens. If the wind is down, I'm expecting -50 to -60 to win. Seems accurate. -60 won it on Web and he started out with a double bogey on hole 1

Seems accurate. -60 won it on Web and he started out with a double bogey on hole 1 Might not be so accurate for us E Class Dwellers. The course isn't as easy as it looks. In fact, I find it only slightly easier (albeit in high winds) than Fossmill. Also, when I shot 6 under at Fossmill, my handicap got worse. Yet, when I shot 2 under at Drayton, my handicap improved. So the software, for whatever reason, seems to evaluate Drayton as being harder if only by a bit. What I like about Drayton is no trees to get in the way. They are always my biggest headache on every course. That and twisty fairways, which Drayton doesn't seem to have nearly as many as Fossmill. But the course management here, with all the broken fairways and shots that you need to lay up on, make this course tricky in a different way. Let's just say I don't see the folks in E shooting 15 under on this one, though I could very well be wrong. I guess we'll find out when the week comes. Either way, I'm looking forward to playing this one as I think, with practice, it plays to my strengths and not my weaknesses.

Well, I played just my 2nd practice event on this course today.
My scores:
Round 1 – 70 Round 2 – 67 Round 3 – 65 Round 4 – 60
Total - 26 under
I'm going to guess that you're going to need to shoot between 32 and 36 under to get an exemption from E to D. Since I will most likely be in D next week on exemption, I'm not sure how good this is going to be for anything. Our top E guy right now is probably going to tear this up for 50 under at least. So I'm going to have to do at least 10 under per round to earn my D card.
Next week is going to be one hell of a battle.

I don't see scores being that low once the tournament goes live. Sure..some will tear it up...but people will see scores and get greedy...and thus their scores will balloon. I'm predicting -30 to -35 earns you an exemption in CC-B...if you hit -20 in CC-E you should be top 10

Im planning/hoping on being in B on exemption and hope to rip this course apart to gain my B card. Not by playing stupid, but I know I can do -8 consistent. I've done -14 in a single round on the regular setup. And hit -10 a few times.
Will play safe then make my move at certain times. Thats why I have been playing the hell out of this course, it's my time to make a bit of a move to get my card.
There is one hole, maybe 9 or 10 that doesn't play well to my slice and I have put myself into the bunker or light rough on the right more than once. Leaving a 180 yard 2'nd shot with 25 feet elevation. This hole I need to work over a lot.
I've also drained a 50 foot eagle on that 1'st par 5 3 times now, can't believe I have hit that more than once, not a lot of break, its just getting the speed right

Personally I liked Fossmill better than this course. Doesn't play well for me at all. For whatever reason it's very glitchy on my computer..and the amount of ball squirt I've endured on this course is 2nd to no other course. I may take a withdraw just to avoid a strike unless I can iron out why this course is laggy but everything else runs fine.

Also, what do you mean by glitchy?

Also, what do you mean by glitchy? Ball Squirt is where the ball should react one way by where it lands..and it bounces in the complete opposite direction( IE lands in the fairway and takes a complete right angle hop into the rough). And by glitchy I mean the course stutters a lot for me while playing it...causes me to miss shots I shouldn't miss.

The reason I am asking is I have an AMD card, which I have been told does not work well with this game and on Drayton, the graphics start flickering after a few holes and I have to exit out and start over. I am finally getting a new card as this happens on a lot of courses and I can't deal with it anymore. That's why I'm asking what kind of card you have. If it's a Raydeon, that could be what's causing the problem.

Do you have any more room to turn down the display settings? I know you said you have water to 1, but what about the distance and amount of detail? If you have some room in there see if you can drop it as much as you can if you haven't already. Ball Squirt is where the ball should react one way by where it lands..and it bounces in the complete opposite direction. And by glitchy I mean the course stutters a lot for me while playing it...causes me to miss shots I shouldn't miss.

Card is an nVidia..not the greatest but haven't had too many issues with it lagging. I'll try to tweak the setting down a bit more and see if it helps any. Maybe I should stop buying hockey jerseys and purchase a new GPU....but I can't shake the habit..LOL

You will forever hate me now.
But in cleaning out a closet I found my old Wendel Clark jersey and Chicago Blackhawks jerseys. Used to be my favorite teams back in the day when Wendel was playing, loved watching those two teams duke it out lol

I have a Raydeon R7 200 and it sucks with this game. My frame rate is like 20. It's a miracle I can play it at all.
