If you've got a shot onto a green which slopes towards you then I find your best options are to deloft a flop shot a couple of notches and hit it 80-90 %. It takes practice and I'm not consistent yet but I've not found a better way. When you get to the 70-90 yard region and your worried about back spin in the same situation you need to use the pitch shot.

I'm assuming the club you are having issues with is the LW. This club loves to spin in TGC. As mentioned if you are 65-75 yards out and you are playing on medium greens, expect this club to spin the ball, especially if you loft it. To counter this you can either pitch the ball or loft up a SW (one grid is 80ish yards) and it will spin less.
For those flop shots you have fewer options. You can either learn to chip the ball your 15 yards by learning what clubs roll out that much or you can use a LW with no adjustments and take a 40-80% swing. You'll find it spins back MUCH less.
You should also learn to recognize the green slope. If you are going severely up hill and the spin will come back down the hill, it is almost always better to chip/pitch to minimize spin. The previous poster's idea to deloft a bit and then do a partial swing is also a great idea in this situation.
Practice. GL

I am not meaning to sound like a wise guy, but its hard not to come across that way when I say:
Don't leave yourself those distances if you struggle with it. Hit a 3w or 5w off of the tee and hit a 8I 9I or PW into the green.
Also, as long as the green has room for it, many will pitch shot a PW instead of hitting a full shot LW. Same distances.

Yep, be sure to "pitch" the ball. There are times I'll go with a 7 iron pitch shot from 95 yards then try to hit a normal sand wedge. This takes the spin off but also keeps it out of the wind to. Just takes some practice
