I like the idea of a Thursday first round reveal. That will make for a long work week for some not being able to check the leader board every hour,

I think the true "watchers" are those who play early but refuse to submit their scores till the last possible fraction of a second to be fair I respect an early shooter late poster more than an "I will watch the leader board so I know what I have to hit to make the cut/win" not aimed at anyone particular just stating my opinion on this watcher talk agreed, I normally do my tournaments sat/sun then put my scores up on weds, because I thought we had until Thursday to submit them?
what I may start doing is wait till I found out what I need to shoot to win/make the cut then play them so if I gotta putt/chip I will be more aggressive with it because ill know what ill need to shoot.

I do apologize for being a waiter-lite. Is that a term for a waiter until Wednesday? I normally play 95% of the time before Wednesday, for sure at least two rounds. I just kept worrying that I was going to do poorly as I was getting a wide range of scores in practice on the Thursday setup (from +1 to -12) and it kind of snowballed to where I was froze from playing. Mental thing I guess. Got over it by the 5th hole of round one, though. I think the true "watchers" are those who play early but refuse to submit their scores till the last possible fraction of a second That would be "A Waiter" as they wait to post there score to the last second to inflict pain on the cutline threaders.

I honestly can't believe I am still not officially cut, there is a more cruel breed of watcher on the pro tours that is for sure, in web I would have surely received my death by now but these elite watchers must take extra satisfaction when they see that (S) next to your name and taking pleasure in crushing your dreams of a Euro card in an almost perverse way. Well lads you's are going to get a couple of exemptions and a birthday boy by the look of it, those ou'll binoculars might need a bit of a rub down for next week There's a whole new elite level of watching and scouting and waiting here Sometimes couple of hours before the deadline 15/20 players missing...than magically all of a sudden the leaderboard is filled They would be known as "Lurkers" a cross breed of Watchers & Waiters on Anabolic Steroids if you will !

Don't go to the Darkside !!!!!!!!!! The World Number One can't be a Lurker convert it will destroy the TGCT Equilibrium and lead to Fire in the water and hysteria on the streets!

Watchers Day Evening Report
As Watcherday ticks down past the 12 hour mark the devastation to the leaderboard has kicked into high gear Mr Garcia has emerged from the gorse with what can only be described as extremely torn up apparel and casually bangs in a 57/61 to take a 2 stroke lead over ijs1543 . He was seen shortly after his round pushing away the gathering media and darting back towards the Ditches probably not to be seen again till Saturday! The Watcher Safe Zone is holding at -10 with 15 watchers still out there so the usual Watcherday pain and suffering is definitely not over! I can confirm 2 things feng187 & slinky783 will be joining me for a stroll around Coyote Canyon next week and nantez88 & Rutherford looking to spend the weekend together rope leather blue diamonds Vaseline the works! seriously how have only 2 lads shot -8? -9 is at 66% up 3% The only outstanding question is will McGettigan Get Got! if you read the surnames of the lads on the score do we get any clues let me see Charlesworth Some Davies Dick Johnson I see something there but don't think its a clue to if they will make it . I will be back on with my final report tonight .

Well Moe Slorkman and feng187 I have been slain by the watchers, it was a beautiful birthday present haha, the watchers had a hard on for me coz it made the slaying much more fun for them, who wouldn't want to punish the birthday boy haha. Have to say Moe and Feng it was great having you's up here posting this week and really made this thread a great laugh, Moe hurry up and get an exemption we need the watcher reports up here constantly the level of watchery is borderline criminal haha, rumour has it Bradley has been arrested in the bushes outside Sweeneys house on numerous accounts of watchcraft and for stalking Sweeney several times this year ;-)

Watchers Day Night Report As Watcherday ticks down past the 6 hour mark the leaderboard has levelled out abit Big Doe Coba has pulled himself out of the ditches and lashed a very impressive second round 59 after been +2 after one! This is some way to earn a Euro card but hes not quite there yet -9 is at 80% up 14% its fairly certain that 8 of 10 watchers won't surpase this mark and seeming there is a 50% chance pyates has fallen asleep after a long weeks watching its going to be as comfortable nights sleep for the -9 club as they could of imagined really. The attention tomorrow turns to the top of the leaderboad which to be fair none of us care about really . I bid you's all fairwell and hopefully It won't be to long before im back hopefully the next time with my name on the board! I said it last night but

I said it last night but Thanks for noticing Moe and yeah, looks like I may make the cut in my second attempt here at the European Tour although round one promissed nothing of the kind. I was playing alright tee to green and just did not sink a put, so 2 over at the end was disappointing and far worse than practice. Even with all the really strong players here I still believed there was a chance if I could take it to double bigits round two though. Second round started much better (also far more focussed) and after a good put for eagle on the 5th to take me to 5 under I started to believe in it. I reminded myself not to get carried away cause I know I can screw that up easily. Next hole a bogey haha. I maintained focus and good play, had another eagle and bogey on the way back and with good putting I got enough birdies to get a 59 which was far better than practice, so very pleased with that round. Funny thing is that I actually dreaded round two more than one after my practice but wind makes a big difference and there was not much of that round 2.

I read that Mr. Garcia took the lead, but I just looked at his scores. A 57 (-13) in the first round?!?! That is crazy good.
