Can anyone play in the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro Am? If so, does it count as an official WGR tournament?
What about the US Open & The Open? Do the WEB guys just play in the qualifier and not their regular tournament for that week?

AT&T Pebble Beach Pro am is just for PGA/Euro members and Web members w/ exemptions - we're not doing the Amateur part of it.
US Open and The Open Championship will both have qualifying events two weeks prior where all members that haven't automatically qualified can try to do so.
The Masters Tournament and the PGA Championship will have events on the Challenge Circuit where some of those members will be able to qualify as amateurs. Web.com members will not be included in those two events.

Might I suggest for future events advertised as Pro-Ams, you do a two day team stroke play the Saturday/Sun (2day) before the tournament week. You could do a draft style thread or a random drawing of teams between 70 PGA/Euro in that weeks field and 70 players between the combined CC Tours. Here's how I see it set up:
* 1 week before scheduled Pro-Am you send out invitations to CC A-Z members to play in the Pro-Am. First 70 who accept are entered into the two day Pro-Am
* A cut off of Wednesday 11:59pm EST? for the EURO and PGA players to register for that weeks regular event in order to be considered to be eligible for the Pro-Am. You send out invitations to players who are registered by then for the Pro-Am and either take the first 70 to accept, or the top 70 from the WGR available.
*On the Friday before the event, you create a thread that either allows the PGA/Euro players in the Pro-Am field on a first come first serve basis pick from a list of the accepted CC Tour players for their team, or just randomly draw teams for the event on a thread.
*You create a two-day Pro-Am tour for Saturday and Sunday before the scores for the actual event are shown on Monday, and let the teams duke it out.
* You could have the Pro-Am handicap rated or not, if handicapped, take Pro's net and combine with CCers handicapped score for team score.
* Top 3 CCers in the Pro-Am could receive sponsor exemption for that weeks PGA/Euro tourney (if not full), or a future PGA/Euro tourney.
I think this will gain interest in the lower tour players to try and keep playing to make it top as well as giving them a taste on what it takes to play at the top tours. Also, it will spark interest in filling up tournaments earlier in the week. Let me know what you guys on the top floor think?

Not sure about the PGA as those use Club Champions or something to that effect. Those would be Amateurs and not Web players I suppose.
