very poor 4th round here (70) for a -26 final that will take me nowhere.... I have to focus more on the 4th rounds where I really get nervous... I will have to find a mental coach

I will have to find a mental coach Common, this is from my point of view a very good result. I guess the CC players are very close. You would survive with this score through CC-A. But it is hard to get there. You made the same mistake then I did, you made the qualifier to early. Now it is very hard to move up the ranks.

Mentally, I can never complain with a -5 round with no bogeys. Why did I think it was a good idea to brag about no bogeys in my first round? Finished with 67-68-66-71. I'm happy enough. I saved myself in round 3 in what could have been a real disaster.

Just started playing TGC again and finished off with a poor 74 in the last round, was very pleased with a 61 in the second round though. Finished at 17 under par. Enjoying this game a lot after a spell playing PG but couldn't get on with it, TGC looks way better and just like the whole feel of the game. There are a lot of great players looking at the scores.

I'm -7 by the 12'th hole. I bogey it. Oh well I can make up for it on the next hole. 13'th Birdie putt glides right over the hole like it doesn't exist. (HB saran wrap effect). Putt coming back for par lips out. Ok, now I have a meltdown. Miss the bogey putt. Miss the double bogey. Get my triple. Double bogey the next one. You know there are periods of time in history that were pivotal to human history, when we learned to master fire, invention of electricity, the industrial revolution, the moment I realize that I have blown my chances of a top 10 finish and exemption and most likely even a top 25. I had given up at this point. I know its only round 2 but my average on the next 2 setups I knew there was no chance in hell of redeeming myself. I wanted to just quit right then but can't, I'll take my lumps and move on. Rounds 3 and 4 I fought like hell just get back into contention but the best I could muster was a 63 (-9) on round 3 and a 64 (-8) on round 4, which was the wind round btw. Ended up with a -24 and will be hanging at the bottom of the leader board. Oh well, next one coming up Saturday and its more of a difficult course which I prefer and seem to do better on, looking forward to re gaining some of my dignity lol What happened there? I can't help but doing what i've been told not to do. It's genetic I think

I didn't expect the scores to be this low. Your -17 and my -16 may not get us higher than 70.

and I'm just a bottom feeder, is there a song for that? lol
Though, my round 3 has moved me out of strike zone. Happy with that round now that I look at it, no bogies and 20 putts, think thats my best best putt number yet.

Well, after 3 rounds I am hanging onto 4th place in E Class. Based on current scores, my 28 under for the tourney might just be good enough for 10th place and an exemption to join you guys again.
I have to admit. This is exciting.
