Now now moeslorkman. I've actually been on the bubble 3 of the 5 weeks I've missed the cut so far. In fact one of my results is T69 so I'm guessing someone who made the cut didn't finish or had a DQ. I was well off the pace last week and knew I was home. I was more relaxed for the rest of the week so I know what you mean! My -12 on the 2nd round this week looks like I may finish higher than expected and I will be watching the waiters too. I know I won't make it at -16 but at the moment I'm still hanging in there. Wasn't haven't a go or passively trying to knock you just incase you took it that way! Im shocked by the cut line at the moment to be honest I thought the Line would of been around -22. Seems ive over estimated! I noticed that last week feel bad for the 2 lads that were up from CCA finishing T69 and not getting the promotion as it turned out! And you of course. Hopefully you make it will result in me having a better finish . yea miss it by one stroke and when its an easy course i would just have to play wtf? right? I was in CC-C a month ago I will be back in web soon enough on the other hand my pal is on Euro and likes to play CC events and always get destroyed by me so that gives me confidence I normally wouldnt have it helps a lot when I play

It is kind of a right of passage here you know. And certainly no reason to feel bad for him with his cut missing and T69 finishes. We encourage Dean not to give up and keep charging ahead but it wouldn't be the same around here without him. Sorry, that sounded too mushy. We really want him around so we have someone to poke fun at. And his weekly round write-ups are awesome to read. As always, joking pulling your leg Dean!

Congrats to the lads at -23 you are now in the Watcher Safe zone and commiserations to the lads on -14 that just got the snip.
The cut could land anywhere from -16 to -23 absolute madness how it could potentially be up to a 7 stroke swing on "Watcherday".
Only if didn't go Par/Par on the 18th I would be sitting comfortably.

Yep, not sure why people get so offended by others playing other tours. It is how they get better, maybe they should give the concept a go. It used to kind of bother me a bit when I was in CC and you would get disheartened looking at crazy scores on the in game leaderboard and would make mistakes chasing a guy that wasn't even on your tour and it does create some confusion over scores posted. I just ignore the in game leaderboard now between holes and am only concerned with the Web board at the end of the day. It doesn't bother me now at all that guys play other tours for practice, actually I wish I had more time to do it myself as there have been a lot of good courses on all the tours that would have been nice to play and it will only make you better for doing it. It used to bother me too in the first couple of weeks when I just joined but it doesn't bother me at all anymore, each to there own . At the start I felt like going into the pro tours for a laugh and start hacking flop shots off their greens haha. I don't bother playing the other tours for practice. I just play the web practice tournaments for the upcoming week, coz no point practicing a course you won't be playing on in my opinion but that's just me.Plus it did effect me when I first joined. I was chasing down the leaders and end up trying to force birdies and making a bollocks off it, so kind of promised myself when I moved up to Web I wouldn't do that to lads on CC. On the other hand if they have a great course I will play but I'll never finish out the tournament

I think I just had the tournament of my life. I never even looked at this course prior to teeing off. Just decided to give a whirl cold. I don't have any visions of winning or even getting an exemption, but for me I finally played pretty consistent through all 4 rounds. And...I started the whole thing off by dunking my drive into the drink on #1 for a double bogey. That could have sent me into a mental spiral easily. Winds were pretty average round 1 and 2 (10-12-14 tops I think). Rain in the last two rounds which I finally was just able to ignore. Round 3 winds were very light. Round 4 was light with the exception of a few holes. Course seemed easy for sure and I'm guessing we will see very low scores again. R1: -15 (57) R2: -13 (59) R3: -16 (56) R4: not posting it just yet Oh, I almost forgot! Hallelujah Sweet Mother of Pearl I got my first hole in one! Not just tournament but ever in this game. Probably 500 rounds up to this point and that stupid ball finally rolled in! Pardon my enthusiasm...just never thought I'd see the day. Edit...finally figured out how to post videos. Haha I just realized I have to shoot a 56 to keep pace with you in the 3rd round.... feeling the pressure now!

I am really amused by all the "watcher-banta" here and really enjoy to read all the postings. Personally I just play when I have the time and feel good. That usually means 1-4 practice rounds in the weekend, round 1 on Mon or Tue, round 2 or Wed or Thu, round 3 on Fri and round 4 Sat. As it is Wednesday and I am feeling good I shall rid you of one more to watch by playing my second round today

Good bye to my share of the lead for round 1 and 2. I will be wiped from the main leaderboard. I was on fire on saturday night and shot 58,58 I should have played on, continued on Monday for 3 and 4 and shot 64,59 so I am gone from the competition. Lesson learned from now on if I am playing well I'm gonna finish off my rounds. Feels like I'll never get a win. My predictions for top 5 ( in no particular order)

By my calculations -22 is now in the watcher safe zone!
Next up the -21 club which I am apart of and we need 11 of the watchers not to beat that score or to watch that long they forget to play!
She'll be a tight one again this week.

Well... First two rounds on my exemption down. Left a few shots out there in round 1 but I ened up with a -12 and I'm quite happy with that result.
Round two was a different beast. Nothing wanted to drop in that cup and approaches were nearly almost on the wrong side of the pin. -4 after the front 9. I struggled a lot on the back 9 as well, and I could just see that dreaded cut in front of my eyes. But the puts were atartimg to drop and back to back birdies on 17 & 18 did get me to -10, so -22 is my result after two.
Not sure it will be enough, but I sure hope so. Happy with my first outing on Web either way. Good luck guys!

What do you need to cement your place in the web? Would be good if you could make it.

Unfortunately there is now one less to worry about making the cut. I had a horrible start to second round - missed a good birdy chance on 1st, almost holed a long one on 2nd, bogeyed 3rd.
On fourth I had a personal tour record for highest hole score. My second shot was short and the ball got buried into the bunker edge in front of green. I tried with a flop and 15% backspin and it did not move an inch. I tried full swing and it moved - an inch and a little less buried. I hit full shot again and I get it out but just barely so it's in rough on bunker edge. I flop 2 yards past hole and too much backspin send me back into the bunker. this time all the way down though and decent lie so I can almost hole it but get a tap in for my new record 8.
From there on I hurried through the rest in 8 under so a 69 and no cut made. The good news is someone else will make the cut and there is a tournament again next week. Good luck everyone.
