I think this course will be destroyed like the courses these last five weeks. There aren't many trees in the way on this one. So even with high winds in this one, I still see the winner well into the -50's.
Started off with a -12 first time around and a -14 the second. Two eagles in the second round and at least one in the first. There are at least 2 or 3 good eagle chances and a bit more if you get at least a 6 mph tailwind. My wind was 1-4 mph the whole round so I wasn't able to reach some of the 300-350 yard par 4's in one.

Yep, this course will get killed. I played the practice tour tonight and went -41 and that included a round of only -6. The winds varied up to 15mph so I don't think wind will be a huge factor unless it is consistently above 12mph.
I think what makes this one easy again is how short it is along with medium firmness and pretty easy putts, even from up to 30 ft. out. I am growing kind of tired of these tournaments where I have to hit consistent upper 50's just to contend.

Next week is a little bit harder. Give that a shot in a practice round. I think the top score will be at least 10 strokes worse than Drayton Lakes for the week.
