Well CC-B At last after feeling like I was gonna be trapped in cc---c forever... I'm finally here at cc-b! First 3 events I was 11th n missed an excemption here by 1shot! So I'm extatic! ... And with a little luck not here for too long!
Played 1st round -14 under .. (Almost -15) ... But lipped 18! Right now tied first on Xbox At -14! Sweet!
3 more rounds to go! Will play tommorow... Cause I'm just too nervous after round 1 So R1 - 58 ... Need 3 more like it.
Fun course.. Lotta birdie op's .... But could sting you off a few tee shots.

I had a practice and was very average. I'm not feeling it on this course. My practice was with 10mph winds but I was in the rough a few times and rarely under 15 foot when putting for birdies.
I normally get my rounds in early but I might have to practice more before starting this comp!

Well I've done the first round. -13. Was going well until a branch dropped my ball out of bounds on the 18 had to settle for a bogie with that. Also had a pitch swing at 92% (when wanting 100%) as a random surprise. ..bit like my real life game! This is more intense than any other course I've played as I know scores are going to be low so every hole seems to count more than normal.

Hi all, I just earned a CC-B tour card after being promoted from CC-C (finished 6th last week). However I am unable to submit a score for this tournament. There isn't a "submit score" option where it usually would be.
Does anyone know what the reason for this could be please?
Thanks

Thanks I've just released I've been given a sponsors exemption to submit a scorecard to CC-A. Fingers crossed I can take advantage of that one too :-)

So I actually managed to earn an exemption to B this week while on exemption to C last week, didn't realize and had already created the CC-C thread, whoops. Anyway, shot my best score ever this week but we knew the scores were always going to be low so its not surprising, but im pleased anyway: Rd 1 = 60 (-12) Rd 2 = 57 (-15) Rd 3 = 61 (-11) Rd 4 = 61 (-11) Total = 239 (-49) I reckon that will keep me in the top 70, so here's hoping (no offense guys ) that noone else on exemption from C shoots lower than -59 (if you can all shoot -58 that would be great!) so I can keep my B card because Im pretty sure i wont be in the top 3 exemptions, good luck guys!

Brian Blessed, what a man, what a actor, what a laugh, what a beard. Now to be playing in a tournament with his name in it, what a honor. Sadly the web.com boys are here to spoil the day again by having a Brian Blessed fancy dress competition. It's a bit of a distraction to see so many web.com guys running around in Brian Blessed costumes. Or I should say a Brian Blessed costume, yet again they show their lack of intelligence and originally by nearly all of them dressing as Prince Vultan from Flash Gordon. Anyway, I approached the first tee to the noise of the Brian Blessed laugh competition, this could be a long day.
Seeing some early scores means each round has to be perfect for a top ten, that's not going to happen, perfect and I are as unlikely as a web.com player and brains. Still, got to do my best out there, forget about leaderboards and focus on playing as well as I can. I did not get the perfect start, my first putt of the day turned a little bit more than I thought it would. The opening hole is a great chance for birdie, it should be birdie, falling behind already. The second hole did go better, my approach was spot on giving me a relatively easy eagle putt, a chance I gladly took to go two under. I thought I was going to go four under on the next hole, the line was perfect but travelling a little to fast, the ball hopped over the hole, so close to a ace. So close to a birdie as well when I missed that putt, that was a sickener, a putt that will give me nightmares, a putt that will cost me big time. It knocked the stuffing right out of me, I over read my birdie putt on the next hole, spent to long on it to make sure it was right, it was wrong, par. Thankfully my birdie putt on the fifth was a tap in, missing that would have brought a lot of tears. I missed another ace by a inch, aaaaaaahhhhhhh, this could have been the start of all starts, at least this time I made the birdie putt. I finished the front nine with two more birdies to head into the turn at six under but to be honest, it should have been better. I have never been disappointed with six under after nine before.
And that disappointed continued with a lip out on the tenth, I want to go home! I lost focus at this stage and just started to play shots for the sake of it. It's also why I hope we start seeing some harder courses on the challenge circuit, on easy courses, there is just no room for error, it's impossible to recover from mistakes enough to be competitive, being six under and already knowing it to little is disheartening. But there was still a few holes to play, I needed to stop the self pity, man up and get on with it. Eagle number two followed, God I hate this game, can't even moan and complain in peace with out something good happening! Ok someone is really messing with my mind, this happened on fifteen.
I am just a play thing of the golfing gods, they are trying to shatter my sanity, what's next, a triple bogey. What came next was a good approach and simple birdie, in fact, a little more roll and it could have been another eagle. I birdied the seventeenth before the gods had one last laugh. A birdie on eighteen would have given me a sub sixty round, my putt was make able, it lipped out in dramatic fashion to leave me finishing on twelve under. What a strange round of golf, two eagles and a ace, could so easily have been three of each. Two lip outs and some terrible putting, I was ready to just give up at one stage and then green numbers appeared, complaining it was not possible to recover from mistakes, and yet I did.Only two birdies on the back nine and yet six under for it. I did not even have time for fashion contest jokes, sorry web.com boys. I will be mean to you another day. What will tomorrow bring, who knows.

Long John Silver came to mind as well, I wanted to get a few Brian Blessed jokes into my post, at the expense of the web.com players but my round strangeness took up to much time. I even had Kenny dressing as grandpa pig from peppa pig, alas it was not to be. I grew up watching Brian Blessed in so many things as a kid, so was thrilled to see his name on a tournament.
