I only ask because last night after finishing my final round I noticed on the leaderboard in the game I was placing about 70th with a total -30 under par. But When I checked the leaderboard here after 3 rounds I was in 29th place. So does ingame scoring match the leaderboards here and project out the final placing after the final round in the game ?

The in game leaderboards include everybody from all CC tours and anyone else who wants to play the event. The only leaderboard that really matters is ur own tour leaderboard on the website.

Thanks for the quick reply, now just have to figure out how to get better scores. I thought -8 or -9 under was pretty good.

The leaderboard you'll see during the game will only show scores for the platform that you are playing on.
For example I play on an XB1 in the CC-C tier.
In game I will only see scores for other Xbox users, who will also be playing in separate tiers, whereas Tgc Tours shows scores for people on all the platforms that are playing in my current tier.
This now means that it will include PS4, PC and XB1 players combined for the CC-C tier leaderboard.
