It is quiet frustrating seeing how constant those top guys shot low rounds over and over again. On the other hand - at least for me - it is absolutely encouraging trying to get better and better every single tournament to fill that gap between the scoreboard leaders and myself. And while I'm following those ghost balls for four rounds now I keep wondering how I managed to be somewhere near those scores for 3 consecutive weeks now... and it makes me a bit proud of myself too! I finished my final round with a not fully satisfying round of 64 (-8), for a final total score of -44. It would be a bit arrogant in my opinion to speak of a bad round. But if you are on top of the leaderboard after two rounds, I guess you always wanna win that trophy! With a tied 3rd, a 4th and now a 5th place for the first events of this season, I am still more than happy about my recent performances. If somebody had told me that a few weeks ago, I'd have called him stone-cold crazy. Congrats on another win, Ian! Very impressive indeed!
