The fat lady hasn't sung yet... i knew it wasn't near over. You had a great 36. Still thinking you might be able to get this one.

I had a great 54 and should have caught ya Well I may not be #6 on Fed Ex for the final round but I have done enough to put me within the top 15 i think. A long shot but I get to play!

My round 3: Started off very slow with 5 straight pars and was getting a TON of less than 100% shots. The last shot I hit in this stretch was an 84% disaster that thankfully didn't completely kill me. I quit the round and went to practice my swing for a few holes with another tournament. Came back and ripped off 8 birdies on holes 6-14. After that my nerves started getting to me and I missed 4 makeable birdie putts in a row to close out my round. Pretty frustrating but I can't complain about the -8.
I'm actually scared to play my final round now. I've never been in a position to actually win one of these and I can already feel my thumb sweating.
EDIT: Thanks Brighttail.

Had the final round to -6 so I decide to completely choke the tournament away by making my only 2 bogies of the tournament on the 70th and 71st hole. -28, I'm not 100% sure how the tiebreaker works but I am 100% confident I will lose it if it comes to it. I suck.

Tough bit of luck there but very very very nice performance. Should put you top 15 in the final Fed Ex.!

Well, got better every round. Round 1 proved to be my undoing though. I might have squeezed in if I had finished even -1 or -2.
R1 74 (+3) R2 68 (-3) R3 66 (-5) R4 63 (-8)
Total -13. Turns out it will likely be my first top 20 in quite a while but I will fall short of the top 30 for FedEx. Hopefully this finish bodes well for the President's Cup. I'm at least in that.
GL to the rest of you who will be fighting for the tour championship!

Remember if you hit the top 30 of the Fed Ex (in RL at least) you get exemptions into all the next year's Majors, WGC and other special tournaments. Need to create a new position just to keep track of all of these things!

Nice playing Mr Blackmon. It looks like that 58 I pulled in rd 3 was my savior. I feel as though you outplayed me; 3 straight 63s is quite impressive.

Nice playing guys. Very delighted and shocked to see I managed a top 10 with that poor performance. I guess all my chip ins in round 4 saved me.

Having said that tho i played with your ball in round 2 and 3 and that was some of the best golf iv seen all season, u completely destroyed the rest of us xbox crew and fully deserved the win just on those 2 rounds, well played Mike aswel your day will come for sure! Need to create a new position just to keep track of all of these things! The spread sheet of "exemptions!" Congrats CGilb, well played, well earned. I really do wish there was a better way to do a playoff. The only "fair" way is to create a new competition on Sunday and have the folks that tied, play it out. I've never been a fan of making one hole out of 72 worth "more" than the others. Sadly tho, a playoff would just cause more stress on the admin who have to use Sunday to do the Fed Ex/Money lists/Stats updates. There is also no guarantee that the two or three people could play on a Sunday anyway. I do believe the current system is better than the WGR system from before, but I digress. The only other option I could come up with, instead of having it be 18, then 17, then 16. Have the first hole be based on which hole played the hardest from our stats in round 4. In this case it happened to be #18, then #9, then #13 and #11 respectively. This way it would be more 'random', change from week too week and be based on the entire field's performance. Just a suggestion!
