Since I've already earned next year's PGA card via the regular season moneylist standings, would not playing in the Web Championship next week have any negative affect on me for next season? I'm going on vacation this coming weekend, and I'm not sure if I want to bring my PS4.
With my less than stellar performances lately, I have zero chance of finishing first in the Tour Finals money list. Aside from the prestige of a Web.com Tour Championship victory, is there any other reason to justify hauling my PS4 with me next week? Just wanted to make sure I won't be penalized for next season, if I don't play in this event?

Since the field is set by the staff and not by registration by each player, I would think if you let the commish know you won't be able to play due to being out of town, they wouldn't hold it against you as a DQ/WD hit. The only other negative I could even think of is losing out on WGR ranking points for one week.

Do we know a definite or approximate finishing place that will be the cut off for who will receive pro/euro tour cards?

Do we know a definite or approximate finishing place that will be the cut off for who will receive pro/euro tour cards? Not until the end of W39 - will be a period where current PGA/Euro card holders can switch upon request - won't know until that period is over.
