Then you get to watch me bottle it in round 4 - mate.
Please don't follow as you have a chance to clinch it! Well played!

I played the 1st hole of round 4 and the firm greens scared the life out of me. Not had the nerve to play that final round yet!

Yeah - euro tour has been low lately. I wish there would be a system to fill the field from the web.com tour as I'm sure there are plenty of webers that want to play for a spot on the euro/pga.... Web has been slightly lower yet. Web and Euro tour are the smallest number wise outside of CC-Z IIRC. Eventually all will filter upwards as CC-A players move up and Web players move up as well. I can't speak for all Web players, but for me there is little incentive to try for a Pro level card this late in the year because even if I were to move up, there isn't enough time to get above the bottom 20% threshold that would put us back into the Web.com Finals, a spot I would make anyways from the Web.com tour. The Web.com Finals seems to be the chance for Web players to move up. It is unclear if inactive players having a PGA/Euro card would be included in the bottom 20% that would have their cards at risk.

Well sh%$, went 37 under, probably had a chance to win it but got kicked out because apparently I have to play the WGC Event. Just want to say great track to who ever designed it, really enjoyed it. Really liked the variety the same course provided us with.

Higher WGR multiplier... Any top 5 would pretty much secure a card... Golf rankings are very win biased.

I fared even worse than you in the final round Mcbogga. 15mph with those super firm greens was an absolute nightmare as I couldn't even get 50yd pitches to stick near the pin! It was great fun competing with your ghost though, lets just say there wasn't much between us come the final score.

I have to say I really enjoyed the course, and especially the changes between the 4 courses. I wished I had switched on earlier in round one lol. Oh well, live and learn.

I guess I'm getting spoiled. I shot 62-63 (-19) and sitting tied for 10th, yet I'm VERY aggravated. Was -7 thru 9 in 2nd round, and and the par 3 10th, my thumb slips off the stick and put an 84% right in the drink, re-tee to about 4 feet from the hole, and then proceed to miss the bogey putt, those 3 shots wasted right there vaults me into a tie for 1st. Silver lining, being in 1st after 2 rounds the last 2 weeks didn't seem to work out so wonderfully so maybe the thrill of the chase instead of being chased will get me to where I want to be.
I also want to say that I don't like seeing a field smaller than the cut line, especially for a higher than usual Euro Tour payout and a nicely constructed 4 variation venue. What gives? Is it just the summer doldrums where people aren't actively participating, or is overall participation trending down? I thought maybe it was a lot crossing over to the WGC event, but I only counted 94 entrants. From all I hear bad about EA's I sure hope they're not drawing away our players, that would make me hate them even more. C'mon Euros, pick up them sticks and start swingin again! And what's with Challenge D having 200 entrants? LOL.

Well after 3 rounds my 12 year old son Zack sits tied for 1st. Pretty cool!

Zach is my favorite to win it! Unless all of them bottle it worse than me...

I'm tied for 1st after 3 rounds as well but after my final round Zach shouldn't have any trouble finishing above me.

Still better than me, only managed a -3 final round. Those firm greens with 15mph winds was very tough.
