Just in case anybody is thinking about trying them, I have been using the 15.6 and 15.5 before and not getting ANY of the Graphics issues that plagued the 15.4's and 64-bit TGC. I tried the new 15.7's and all the issues came back, even running the 32-bit .exe. Flashing textures, disappearing menus, and eventual crash when exiting the game. Your mileage may vary.

I am new to the PC version. I updated this AM to this version and it gave me many issues graphically. I had little issues in my brief time before this update.

How often do you get the graphical glitches? I have an AMD card too. I encountered the issue within my first few hours of play. Simply exiting the program and returning fixes the problem for a little bit. But then it comes back after a while. I ended up manually setting my GPU fan speed to max to counteract the high temperatures that my card seems to generate on this game. It's been fairly hot here recently and I've seen my GPU go close to 100 degrees Celsius. After setting the fan permanently to 100%, my GPU sits around 82 degrees C and the flashing texture issues only come about once every 10 hours now.

I at first wasn't getting any issues. Then after some update of the game I started getting them. I was running the game then in 64-bit. I tried everything back then, lowering the game to Medium settings, changing in-game settings, etc. I was running the latest WHQL driver then. I started playing with the Beta's and found that with 15.5 and 15.6 AND running in 32-bit mode, all the issues went away. Then this weekend I updated to the 15.7 WHQL and they came back. Nothing else was changed, just the driver. Back to 15.6 and all is well again. I guess I should point out that this is with a 7970. The frame rates with this card have averaged around 40 fps, whis went up into the higher 40's with a 10% kick in the cpu clocks. That was surprising to me as I figured TGC would be graphics card bound, not cpu bound. Makes me wonder now if the "=fullproc" command will help any. Now that I have really gotten in to tweaking this game for better performance I decided that the 7970, while having served me well, just doesn't have enough hp to run this. I ordered an R9 290x today.

I noticed my GPU get into the mid to upper 70s C, but nothing approaching 100 C. I am running a 7800, so its not meant to run at high settings, but even on medium settings and reducing some tree detail, it still looks better than my ps4 did. Maybe eventually I'll look into another card.

I was starting to have issues again yesterday, but today I noticed they have put out a 15.7.1 update. Seems more stable so far.

I am still having issues with 15.7 version. Is it a pain to install 15.6 again OR is it a pain to try and setup to run the game in 32-bit mode to see if that helps?

Am also thinking of upgrading to Nvidia as my motherboard supports either or. Would that be a pain to switch after using AMD Radeon since I built this PC?

I reverted back to a previous driver and so far so good.
I barely can get PC twitch to work, so sorry I can't help you there. PS4 is so much easier...

I run TGC on the 32-bit version since it was crashing after upgrade to Windows 10 but just recently my AMD card has been having issues every couple of holes instead of days as it were previously...
I have AMD Radeon HD 7770-2GD5
Game is almost unplayable

Even though I was able to get a consistent 55-60 fps by lowering my settings, as soon as I tried to run the streaming client, listed fps wouldn't matter. Even if it was showing 40+ fps, the game felt like it was running on a 5 fps slideshow. My system is a bit old, q9550 and r9 280, but it shouldn't be so underpowered that a simple stream brings the system to its knees.

Try updating to the newer 15.7.1 driver and see if that helps. If that doesn't try going back to 15.6. It doesn't list Win10 as a supported os but it was being used in the Beta tests

How do you revert to older versions I can't find them on the website. Thanks.
