So some folks know what Ball Squirt is, others know but say they have never experienced it. So this is a simple question.
Ball squirt is defined as the ball seemingly launching from the clubhead in a way that does not seem logical, depending on the circumstances and/or in a random direction. An example is that you are on a tee. The wind is blowing left to right at 10mph. You make your shot and the shot is a perfect white line and yet the ball for some reason launches to the left by a few degrees before being brought back to the right by the wind.
There is a reason for the poll and I'm just looking for a yes, no or maybe answer.
Thanks.

I have experienced it but always thought it was probably due to not bringing the stick back straight on the backswing, despite having no evidence to back this theory up.

Sometimes I see what looks odd but as Jeff said I thought it my swing.

I don't want to wade too far into this because I genuinely don't care much about it, but a couple of points:
1. The better players shoot INCREDIBLY low scores. We have many tournaments being won with scores of 50 under and lower. 2. The aiming reticule is not a single point, it is a fairly large circle and depending on how far in front of the golfer we imagine it to be, it represents a decent sized area over which we can expect a "straight" shot to be evenly dispersed within.

playing hobble creek monday, par three, ball went right with a right to left wind. Same round, from the 18th tee, ball went left on a left to right wind, again pretty straight shot. I am not going to count fairway shots as with the ps4, it is sometimes hard to tell what the ground slope is.
not really a bit deal in lower winds, but when playing a longer par 3, or approach shot and the ball squirts it can really put you in a bad place.

I have experienced this, but so far I have chalked it up to not reading the slope of my ball is on correctly. I used to (in my TW days) bring the putter back to near the ball and swing side to side to read slope, but I haven't tried that but 2 or 3 times on TGC. I just watch my ball roll-out and adjust my camera views to gauge/guess how severe the slope is.

So about 80% of the people out there either have experienced ball squirt or believe that they have.
Very interesting.
For the record, HB has said that the only guaranteed level lie you will ever get is off a tee in a tee box. There is still a lot of discussion about having a slope indicator for your lie as HB understand that lies that look like a fade lie could be a hook lie with minor undulations, especially on consoles that do not have higher resolution. It is a low priority tho.

Without question happens to me at times. Not often, but very noticeable when it does, and for me always goes to the left, never the right.
I could be teeing it up for a par3, wind could be strong left to right, hit the shot exactly how I want to, end up way left off the tee with no reason why I should be where I end up. Doesn't happen much but tends to go off in bunches when it does. I'll get a handful of 'suss' shots fairly closely bunched.
It's almost like what I am aiming at isn't what the game is seeing - bizarre.
I also get the 93-95% shots too, but nowhere near as frequently as I once did. And again, they tend to come in 'bunches' too. I've tried different controllers, a new controller, pausing briefly at the top of the back swing etc and they still pop up from time to time.
PS4 player here.

"I have experienced something random but not sure if it is 'squirt'"
So basically....I have experienced GOLF.
My opinion, FWIW, is that squirt is a complete myth. With a Wood/Long Iron it only takes a slightly less than perfect swing/lie to be 20/25 feet away. That's life.
"Squirt" is nothing but a convenient excuse for people who think they have a god given right to be within 6 feet with every approach
