For guys like me who put the "SUCK" into "SUCKS", if there's a cut line I know I'll never get to the "weekend." It would be nice to know I can play four rounds and have them all count sometimes.

Is there a way you could have four "majors" for the CC tour where a cut would apply? That way guys have a few tournaments where the "pressure's on". Maybe the winner of those tourneys gets an automatic move up or something? I like this idea better.

For me the cut was a very motivating factor. I had to play good golf out of the gate if I wanted to advance. This kept me more focused and playing seriously. When I first started back in January the tour I was on didn't have a cut. I played and had fun but when I was placed in Web C after the first reorganization of the tour the competitive juices really started to flow. I missed one cut and was embarrassed that i missed out but from there locked in. I'm nowhere near as good as many players in this but I did try my best week in and week out.
I tend to play on the serious side, I want to do well each week.
In the latest reorganization I am now in CC-b and back to no cuts and to be honest no motivation to play what feels like a regression.
The other issue I have is that I busted my butt to accumulate stats and placements in the top places each week. Moving up the rankings was very cool. Now all my stats from Web-c are gone. All the work i did to try and get top 10's and try and qualify for the end of season tournaments is gone.
I'm not intending this to sound like a big cry session or rant as I think the guys that run this tour are amazing and have created something extremely addidctive. They requested feedback and I'm providing my thoughts only. After what is now the 2nd reset in the very first season has me questioning if I'll continue.
I don't know the growth challenges that were faced but I do know the growth was huge. I have to wonder in the decision to reset everything yet again if the eventual decrease in player participation was accounted for? It seems to me the longer the game is out the higher the decrease in participants will continue to be. There were already dozens of players who signed up for a tournament each week and just flat out didn't play it. At least in Web-c.
Thanks for the opportunity to voice my opinion and thanks for providing me 6 solid months of fun.

I think at least the top 3 (A-C) should have cuts. The lack of cuts is one of the few disappointing things about the reshuffle. It makes every round count right out of the gate.
Honestly if I have a bad week and don't play well enough to make the "cut" then I probably wont even want to play my last 2 rounds! Please add cuts back !!!
Thank you so much for everything you guys do. No matter what happens I am proud to be a member of TGCTours

Essentially we've reset with this latest reconfiguration making my last 6 months almost irrelevant.

With the way the points are distributed, if you want more points you need to beat more players, including those in the flights above you. To me, I would find plenty of motivation to finish as high up as possible - not just on your own flight but in all the flights. Steal points away from the CC-A playersl, work your way up (your points come with you) and earn exemptions back to Web.com. I realize you are disappointed but give it a few weeks and see if you still find a reason to compete.

Thank you so much for everything you guys do. No matter what happens I am proud to be a member of TGCTours I'm just not sure how you can make cuts work with the current format. If a CC-A player gets cut, then all CC-Z players would get more points than a CC-A player - even though they shot much worse. Since everyone is linked in this system, I just don't see how cuts will work. To me, every shot counts because one bad round and you may have half the flights below you pass you and take up more points - creating a larger gap within your own flight. It's just a different kind of pressure. I also think the guarantee of 4 rounds per week for all CC members is a plus overall - for the greater health of TGC Tours it's not likely to change until we give it at least a month or two to see how it plays out.

Well, i dunno maybe just me..but when i know that i've missed the cut i don't bother to play the last two rounds....I AM SURE i am not alone...So here's the thing, i am sure that a cut is not necessary........There is, i think, a way to get back into the BIG leagues that being Q-School.......that is still available to all.......is it not??

That's next on our list to discuss - so once we nail down that after these changes we'll disperse that info asap. But it is our intention to have a Q-School type event for the bottom web.com and top Challenge Circuit players like we set out to do initially. Just need to give it all a second look now after all the changes and see what makes the most sense. It was always going to be a certain % of Web.com and CC that would qualify for Q-School (in which Web.com cards were up for grabs). Not to be confused with our Q-School that acts as an initial sort for new members. We'll likely have to come up with a new name for one of them to keep the confusion at bay!

I've not played in a while, between 1-2 months, the reason being I guess partly boredom at never making the cut & partly work being busy.
I'd suggest no cuts for this reason. Personally speaking I want to enjoy playing & I hope that this will draw me back in to virtual golf because - TGCTOURS was the reason I brought the game & I think with the drive the team have here it will be the game I hope it will become.
But I realise this game & site isn't run for 'me' I'd accept whatever desicion is made & roll with it, just think I'd be more likely to play if I knew I wasn't missing the cut each week.

No cuts please. I normally have to play all 4 rounds anyway as don't always find time to do the 3rd and 4th rounds after Thursday. There is plenty of motivation with promotions and demotions being easier. Most of the field will be fighting for something.

Please no cuts, if i miss the cut then why bother playing the 3rd and 4th rounds and lose interest. See ya until next week
Look the top players are very confident and know they will make the cut and really dont care about the other players results as long as they make the cut.
So what about the players that dont make cut, dam i missed the cut, off they go lose interest until next week and try again, then same old scenario happens again, its like Groundhog day.
Like you said you have changed format to points now so let all players play the 4 rounds keep interested and excited there still the tournament and earning points.
So please let all players play the 4 rounds, then we all take part and keep interested, and dont get bored and dispondent, thinking oh well the top players made same as usual, keep in mind theres alot more lower skilled players than the elite , maybe you have another comp the for elite evry month or whatever to see whos the best.
Thanks

There is still a cut of sorts anyways as you have to finish top 70 or else you get a strike.
