I gave it a playthrough and I'll offer my 2c for what it's worth.
The first tee shot isn't too bad but the bridge is a little distracting
i.imgur.com/ev2OClB.jpgIt covers a lot of the sightline of the fairway and the rocks and grasses make it difficult to climb onto.
Up at the green the bunker is a little disjointed
i.imgur.com/wjR49cn.jpgIt "cuts across many surfaces". In fact I think you've got the quadrella of green, fairway, light and heavy rough.
And for good measure it has it's own island.
Sculpting of the bunkers needs a lot of work (the general depth and smoothness of the walls and depth of the base) plus the edges need smoothing.
Standing on the 2nd hole I'm not sure where I'm going
i.imgur.com/NHkiFW3.jpgInteresting dump sight off the left side of the 2nd fairway
i.imgur.com/zqXdagw.jpgBunker on 2
i.imgur.com/tteZq6V.jpg"un-intentional blind" 3rd tee shot because of the house and large bush. The house is also floating
i.imgur.com/NZ5Pk2j.jpgYou have some semi-floating trees behind the tee
i.imgur.com/VeROI2b.jpg. I would either sink them or plant some bushed to hide the floaty-ness.
Lots of the tee boxes are not flat. This is the 4th
i.imgur.com/YL9wVSB.jpg"Unnatural sculpting" is an issue here on 6
i.imgur.com/TwFYNfD.jpg. You could drop this down by at least half and blend it towards the water to give it a more realistic sightline and then gives a nice uphill second. It's also a very small landing area from the tee.
Bunker on 6 has "magic sand"
i.imgur.com/OYeFpF7.jpg where it stand up on it's own as if it has set with quik-crete.
The tee shot on 7 is "un-intentionally blind" (also because there is a building in the way)
i.imgur.com/FLFdOCJ.jpgBunker on 7 "crosses multiple surfaces"
i.imgur.com/SxeJVPb.jpg8th has a very flat bunker in front of it
i.imgur.com/TQ9g5MO.jpg.
The 9th green looks strange with the bunker scar cutting through it
i.imgur.com/z2gSEwG.jpg "quadrella"
Unintentional blindness on approach shot on 11
i.imgur.com/ykiSYr4.jpg with the large bunker and bridge hiding the green complex.
Interesting falls combination
i.imgur.com/Kwn94aO.jpg but I'm assuming the water tank is leaking.
The 12th green has the pin on an orange slope
i.imgur.com/B723K5j.jpg. This is not always a bad thing except for when the rest of the green is green slopes.
Orange slope on 13th green has pin in the middle of the orange slope
i.imgur.com/Se4MESK.jpg yet flat both sides of the pin.
Stadium water feature on 14
i.imgur.com/CcfXr7r.jpg looks cool. They would probably ping you for sculpting leading from the fairway to the green.
But from above, where is the water coming from
i.imgur.com/Yz4gkm9.jpgTee shot on 15 would be unmakeable into a headwind
i.imgur.com/PXGO6lF.jpg. This would mean that on this 538 yard par 4 you have to layup with 7 iron short of the water and still have 400 in.
The 15th green is HUGE
i.imgur.com/gdCGGfz.jpg and a little bland.
Late in the round there are a couple of pancake greens.
The 17th tee gives me a very skinny fairway with water left and right, or I can just blast it down the range with no penalty
i.imgur.com/0OwUvV6.jpg. Guess which way I went? The range should be made OB.
17th green looks very lonely
i.imgur.com/1AtLcJO.jpg with no fairway or runoff area around.
18th green from above waterfall
i.imgur.com/0kz0dG0.jpg18th greenside bunker has "magic sand"
i.imgur.com/7bHep6e.jpg.
The water looks very unnatural with the sharp edges
i.imgur.com/o0efq0L.jpg. Smooth them out a bit to give a nice edge. If you fell in you couldn't climb out.
The planting is a little sparse with lots of open area with no planting.
All in all I liked the layout and the course was ok. With some though going into your next design with sculpting, bunker work, think about playing in wind. Think about the view from the tee, check for blind shots, keep the greens a consistent size (smaller is OK for short holes, bigger for long par 4's and 5's and the next one will be a winner!
Resort looks really nice
i.imgur.com/NnprQX4.jpgI wasn't really concentrating on the score, but got around alright
