I have just published my latest real-course recreation, "Peninsula State Park GC"! The course is unique in the US State of Wisconsin, as it's located on the property of Peninsula State Park, a popular outdoor recreation destination in the state's Door County. Many campers, hikers, bikers, and backpackers travel to the park each year, and golfers also make the trek to check out the unique course as well. It's a short course, measuring it at just over 6,300 yards from the back tees. But it's designed more for fun than for a difficult challenge. The signature hole is Hole 8, named "Drop Shot". It's 69-yards long and your tee shot heads 60 feet straight down from the top of a bluff to the green. Peninsula State Park stands on ground that used to be home to the Potawatomi Nation of Native Americans in the 1800s. Along the 9th fairway is the 40-foot Memorial Pole that is dedicated to these people. The Bear, perched at the top of this pole has become Peninsula Golf Course logo, and serves as a reminder of Door County's history. The course is also well-known for it's views of Eagle Harbor, part of Lake Michigan. Here's Hole 10: Before your play your round at the "big course", get warmed up at the "Peninsula Short Course", a 6-hole, par-3 track that's designed with beginners, families, and tourists in mind!

This was fun. Obviously not the hardest course out there but still fun. Technical stuff was well done and that really short par 3 still required some thought and a well placed shot. Nicely done!

Thanks for the play! Definitely a course built for fun. Played it myself a month ago in real life, and had a blast! Here are some pics I took at the actual course: The Short Course: The Short Course is also notable for its use of "mini replicas", inspired by famous golf holes from around the world: #1 - Golden Bell, #12, Augusta #2 - Short, #6, National Golf Links #3 - Postage Stamp, #8, Royal Troon #4 - Redan (Reversed), #15, North Berwick #5 - Punchbowl, #5, Mannings Heath #6 - Island, #17, TPC Sawgrass
