I am not getting tired of making Long Island inspired links courses, so I sincerely hope y'all aren't tired of playing them! If not, check out Tuckahoe Golf Club! I think this is the course that I am happiest with since I started designing in January. It feels the most cohesive and realistic of anything I've designed so far. I had given myself the challenge of designing on what is basically flat land, though it has its share of links-y humps and bumps. The front nine plays through a field, and the back nine is routed to wrap around the front nine, with holes 14-17 directly abutting the ocean. It's a par 72 with three sets of tees: -Gold: 7,517 -White: 7,221 (my personal favorite) -Green: 6,681 As always, I appreciate everyone's great feedback and hope you enjoy! The 12th green- a short to medium length par 4 inspired by 13 at Shinnecock, with the long 15 in the background The par 3 11th above- I am trying to work on integrating my bunkers into the dunes as seamlessly as possible. The first green introduces the player to the dunes The short par 3 6th is one of the only holes that requires an aerial shot. The short par 4 third is in the background another view of the 12th

Great job with the bunker sculpting and green contours on this course. One suggestion would be to keep working on your planting. Find buried trees to fill in between holes because planted grasses do not render at distance so a lot of the course looks empty. You had a few clusters of buried trees/bushes that looked good...so keep going in that direction. Also, when multi planting grasses, keep them away from the edges of tee boxes, fairways and greens.

Yeah I probably could have done more but was reaching my object limit. I also find that the planting loads differently depending on the platform- the photos that you guys put up on the site shows the grasses at a much greater distance than I see in Stadia. Thanks for the advice, as always! Appreciate it.

Also @mctrees02 I used your tips on burying trees and border tree planting. Very very helpful!

I grew up on Long Island and moved to Arizona in 2010. I have played quite a few courses around Long Island from Bethpage to Riverhead and in between and north shore to the south shore. I appreciate your course designs about Long Island courses. I played the course at the VA Hospital in Northport as it was a good 9 hole course for me learning the game. Keep up your Long Island course designs. I really enjoy them.
