I dunno i thought the goal of every course no matter how hard it is is to birdie every par 3 & 4 and eagle every reachable par 5. So only shooting -14 i messed up on 7-8 holes and with the ace you can add another mess up. Gotta set your goals high.

Funny how you are both right.
It's the courses and conditions job to bring that attitude down to single digit under par scores. The Yeti is a great course but needed a set of championship tees, tournament pins and greens cut a bit lower to bring the tour on.

There is nothing wrong with a little competitive banter, especially when you can back it up out there. Which is also why I dont do it much anymore as it always backfires in my face.
Go get 'em Sloaner! (Nice shots!)

The yeti is not as easy as some claim it to be. sure you can potentially shoot -19 if you play every hole perfect which is a good thing in my opinion. You can also shoot -5 or less if you put yourself in tough situations. The scores in the tournament I'm seeing so far make the course play perfect for a video game pga event. If someone shoots lights out on the course the reaction shouldn't be we need to make it harder it should be nice round mate.

Doyley hasn't updated week 15 status on here yet Nice shooting to Steve!

Just think lights out should be -10 to -14 or so, and that those scores should be near impossible to sustain over four rounds. But that's my opinion. Good round is still a good round... Issue is not the great rounds like yours above - it's if mediocre play yields scores in the 50s.

it looks like an average of -13 will win Yeti.
