Greetings All,
Only recently purchased TGC2K21, so now I am importing my TGC2019 courses for publishing in 2K21 over next several weeks. The new turf and bunker texturing certainly adds a new dimension to the look of courses. Hats off to HB for that. Also ability to access all planting resources for any theme and the additional object resource quota is greatly appreciated. I'm really looking forward to designing a new course in 2K21.
Pinnacles Golf Club is now imported and published in 2K21. Only cosmetic changes with the additional object resource quota in 2K21 have been made. I will publish a tour version with crowds, seating stands etc. soon.
Wapatah Lakes Club, Australind Estuary GC and a recent publishing in TGC2019, Keeling Islands Resort, will follow asap afterwards.
If you already played Pinnacles Golf Club in TGC2019, no need to read further. Nice to enjoy old courses in the new environment.
Brief Description of Pinnacles Golf Club
This Par 72 course, plays fairly long from the blue championship tees at 6830m. The front nine is known as the "Pinnacles Nine", and has three waste areas with limestone pinnacle formations. The back nine is known as the "Dunes Nine" as some of the holes have sand dunes adjacent to them or views of the dunes.
Most holes are well bunkered with some fairway undulations. Some fairways are segmented due to water or waste areas that the player has to negotiate. A few holes have reasonable elevation changes from tee to green, particularly on the Dunes Nine, and many greens are multi-tiered. Greens are generally medium to large in size, so if you are having a bad day you may face some fairly long putts. Fairways are firm with firm medium-fast greens.
Hole Distances (Metres)
The side by side greens of the Par 4 Hole 1 and Par 5 Hole 3. Watch out for oncoming traffic on the cart path between the greens!
Hole 2 Par 4 - Shows the pinnacle waste area running down the left side of the fairway
Hole 4 Par3 - looking from back of green towards tee area across the water
Hole 9 Par 4 - from back of green again with another pinnacle waste area to clear for second shot. The 5th fairway can be seen to the left.
Hole 12 Par 5 - the course drone captured these two kangaroos foraging for breakfast in the dunes near the 12th tee.
Hole 15 Par 3 - Across the water on the beach sits a green...
Hole 17 Par 4 - This hole encounters some of the nearby homes and accommodation. A bridge to the 18th tee hugs the rear of the green.

Overall the course is not difficult and there is nothing too funky on the greens. You may have some challenges in stronger wind conditions. Enjoy your round and the scenery!
For those who have not played Pinnacles yet - if you want to see a course overview from TGC2019, there is a course play through on Avakrac's Youtube channel
There was a Diamond Cutters twitch stream skins match on the course but not sure if it is still available.
