I used to drag a blue circle brush along the length of the path to create a nice smooth finish in 2019 but I've found it doesn't work very well on the new game as you can see in the photo below, I've run the brush along it multiple times but it doesn't seem to work on steeper hills anymore. Anyone found a work around for this? Thanks!

Small fuzzy brush, big enough to cover left and right edge... Small movements along the path, single clicking and you can see how it effects the elevation
Not just clicking and dragging, small steps and it will get smooth
Takes forever but worth it
Hope this makes sense

I have found clicking really fast as you go along the path works pretty well. Still needs some tweaking here and there as you go especially along steep parts. I make the fuzzy brush slightly wider than the path and just mash that A-button (Xbox) as I go along

Then, I go back and smooth the larger hills of cart path - always from highest to lowest. If you do it the other way, you'll get levels. For a nice gradual slope, start at the highest at zero with the fuzzy brush and move & click your way down gradually. When you get toward the bottom, slightly decrease the elevation of your brush. It's a little tedious, but it looks really good.

What works well for me is taking the fuzzy brush first and going over the cart path enough that covers it and going somewhat slow to medium speed all while holding down. I do this sometimes twice depending on how hilly it may be. Then after that, what really makes it look nice is taking the 3rd brush on the top right of the First page and sinking it almost a foot. Makes it look sunken down and worn so it’s Realistic. Where the cart part is viewable from the tee I the. Raise the same brush by a foot and go along the edges but not touching the cart part. This hides any bad looking spots As well as adds a cool unique look.
