I just published my first course, and added a post about it in the "Completed Courses" forum. Several people have looked at that post, but no comments as of yet. (I know it has only been one day.) When I look at the list of newly completed course though, there are dozens in the last few weeks if not hundreds! With so many new courses to test, how do I get someone to test my course out and offer feedback? It is Canyon Falls Golf Club, par 71, short at around 6700 yards from the tips. It includes multiple water features and a natural setting through the hills with multiple elevation changes. I tried to locate strategic bunkering, but I feel like there are too many short approach shots. I had not spent much time on the clubhouse or any extra stuff, but focused on the course itself. Below is a link to some screen shots I took. I don't know how to get images that don't include the player HUD. I am hoping to get some feedback and advice that will help when I enter the Rookie design competition this fall. Thanks in advance for any input. imgur.com/gallery/wnz300E

There's been an influx of courses, the Major Design Contest has courses being published, and a lot of newer designers are also publishing lately it seems. Make sure you have some pics on your page, maybe a short write up. If you start a new course, have a WIP thread and keep it updated. Participate in the community and you'll get noticed. It's hard to just put a completed courses thread up and get noticed when there's so many courses coming out.
With that said I'll give it a play in the next couple days. I'll shoot you a pm when i've played it.

Yeah it's a rough time for publishing. Not only the design contest coming to a close but also COVID is keeping everybody inside, so there are far more new courses at this time than would be typical. It doesn't mean anything in particular about you or your course, and to be honest for a legit first course that is quite a solid start and nothing to be ashamed of whatsoever.
